Paxidep CR should not be broken. 12.5mg is the least dose to start. You can take Atorlip Why are you breaking the Paxidep.

Investigation for cause. Get Epley maneuver or the Lempert roll maneuver. Take meds for a few days after attack Find the triggers. Get an MRI Brain.
