I have a weak jawline and chin is there anyway for chiseled jawline naturally or any other way.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

I have a weak jawline and chin is there anyway for chiseled jawline naturally or any other way.
Being born with a strong commanding jawline depends upon several individual genetic factors. Even so, there are many things you can do to maximize your own jawline. For some, this may entail losing weight to make your jaw more visible; for others, it is taking diet and even wardrobe into consideration. Whether you have a naturally bold jaw or a less prominent one, there's nothing stopping you from making yours look as fierce as can be! Smile. Smiling comes more naturally to some people than others, but the fact remains that it has a laundry list of benefits to the muscles in your face. As it goes with the rest of your body, the more you exercise your face, the better and tighter it'll look. Smiling is a great exercise because it is psychologically tied in with the experience of being happy, so it's not uncommon to notice an improvement in your mood if you make a regular habit of smiling on impulse Clench and release your jaw. Getting a better jawline is correlative to working the jaw itself. To do this, try clenching your jaw for 10 seconds before releasing it. This should come with a sense of mild discomfort as well as a subtle burn. Try doing this as many times as you want-- between 10 and 15 should be a good place to start in terms of reps. Practice chin lifts. Tilt your head upwards and keep your eyes fixed on the ceiling. Next, strain your lips, as if you were trying to kiss something an inch above you. Maintain the strain for 5 seconds per rep, after which you should relax and give your lips a few seconds to recuperate. You can repeat this exercise as many times as you'd like, although 10 is a good place. This exercise is a great way to improve facial tightness, as the direction and strain work out a wide variety of facial muscles Make a fish face. Making a 'fish face' is a great exercise for toning up your cheeks and jaw. Suck in your cheeks from inside your mouth and try smiling. Hold the form for at least 5 seconds per rep. It should feel mildly uncomfortable, and by the end of each rep, you should feel a light burn. This is a good thing, as it demonstrates your muscles have been strained by the activity. Repeat this 10 times for a good starting exercise, and feel free to increase the number of reps as it suits you. Chew gum. Gum is one of the easiest and best-known ways of improving your jaw definition. Chewing gum has a lot of surprising benefits, not least of which is sharpening up your facial muscles. The enduring exercise should see results over the course of a few weeks. Best of all, it's a pretty fun thing to do, so it won't take much out of you to make a habit of it. Stop smoking. Get enough sleep at night. Consume less salt in your diet. Drink water.

Jock Itch and Hair Growth Treatment: Connected?

Jock Itch and Hair Growth Treatment: Connected?

One of the more promising recent trends has been growing acceptance of bald heads as desirable. Many men now shave their heads because they and those around them perceive it as sexy. But there are still plenty of bald or balding men who take the opposite approach, using hair growth treatments to try to stimulate new growth. It's definitely a personal decision, but in some rare cases, opting for hair growth treatments may possibly bring about a minor penis health concern: jock itch.

Hair growth

There are many different kinds of hair growth treatments out there, but one of the most popular is the drug finasteride. Marketed under a number of brand names, finasteride was originally created as a treatment for enlarged prostates. However, it has also been approved for use in treating hair loss. According to Wikipedia, use of finasteride slows down hair loss and can improve hair retention by about 30% over a six-month period. So it's easy to see why men who are experiencing hair loss concerns may investigate finasteride as part of their hair growth plan.

Of course, just about every medication has some side effect or potential side effect, although exactly what that effect may be depends very much on the individual person. There have, however, been a few reports from individuals taking this medication that have subsequently developed jock itch.

These reports are not published in medical journals, so they haven't been scientifically verified. It may be that these people developed jock itch for reasons having nothing to do with their hair growth treatments. However, finasteride does seem to have some effect on hormone production, and hormones do seem to have an effect on fungal development (and jock itch is a fungus). But all this is very murky and unclear right now. Still, it's worth knowing so that a man who is using finasteride can keep an eye out for signs of jock itch and treat it properly if it does appear.

Jock itch

As mentioned, jock itch is a fungus, essentially a yeast infection. As the name implies, the primary characteristic is an itchiness which can be quite severe at times. Jock itch is not especially serious, but it can be very annoying.

Jock itch most often occurs in the groin area, including the thighs. It presents as a red, ring-shaped rash. The fungus thrives in warm, moist areas, so the penis and its environs are ideal for its growth. It is spread from person to person contact, or from coming into contact with surfaces or materials used by a person with the fungus. In men, jock itch is often spread by sharing towels or clothing. It is also a close cousin of athlete's foot, so treating athlete's foot can help prevent jock itch. Often a person may scratch his itchy foot and then scratch his groin, transferring the fungus in the process.

Over-the-counter treatments can help get rid of the fungus that causes jock itch. Other medications may help soothe the itching while the rash is still present.

Jock itch, whether there's a possible hair growth connection or not, is a major pain. It can be helpful to use a first rate penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to help soothe the itchiness and keep the penis skin healthy and strong. It's best to find a crème that contains a combination of superior moisturizing agents, such as Shea butter (a high-end emollient) and vitamin E (a natural hydrator). Penis skin also needs protection from the oxidative stress that excess free radicals can cause. A crème with a potent antioxidant like alpha lipoic acid can be a big help in this area.

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.
