Coconut milk for hair regrowth Coconut milk consists of fats and proteins. It promotes hair regrowth and controls hair loss. For quick results apply the coconut milk to the scalp and hairs. Grate the coconut and grind it in a mixer. You can extract the milk from this paste and apply the milk directly to the scalp and hair ends. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and shampoo the hair afterwards. It will stops hair thinning and promotes hair regrowth.

B/l ovaries are slightly enlarged in size and show multiple small follicles of 4-5 mm arranged in periphery with inc strominal area and with absence of dominant follicles in both ovaries-PCOD. Mr Nasir, If you are suffering with diabetes, and it has been confirmed then there no chance it will disappear. So I am unable to understand what you are saying. Please send following details : Fasting and after food blood sugar levels (present), HbA1c%, weight, height and waist circumference, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern plus your BP reading. It will be good if you come in a private conversation with all the information, where I will be able to give specific guidance. In controlling diabetes restricted diet and exercise are very important, but drug treatment is absolutely essential. Without that it is impossible to control blood sugar level.

I gave birth to baby a week back and it was normal delivery and had episiotomy. I am suffering from constipation and doctor advised me to take duphalac syrup 30 ml bed time. I am passing stools but not getting everyday. Is it due to digestion problem or constipation? I am taking very good diet. I didn't have this problem at all through out my pregnancy. Kindly suggest on how to regularize my bowel movements apart from good diet and medicines required if any.

You have just delivered. Your bowel movement will be regular after few days once the body weight is reduced after pregnancy. Don't take any medicine for your constipation 1.Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans,whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta,whole meal breads, oats. 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish,chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water,8-10 glasses daily, 5.Take regular physical exercise/walking 6. stick to a regular timing for going to toilet

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Hi, Hollow cheeks can be a result of aging. As you grow older, your face muscles lose their normal tone and elasticity. The result is sagging skin on your face, wrinkles and hollow cheeks. Failure to eat a healthy diet, dehydration or exposure to excessive sun may also contribute to hollow cheeks. Engaging in regular exercises that work out your face muscles can help prevent or lessen the prominence of hollow cheeks. -Cheek inflation- It is performed by holding your mouth closed and filling it with air. Begin by moving the air under your upper lip and hold it there for 10 seconds before moving it to your left cheek followed by your right cheek. Be sure that you hold the air for 10 seconds in each position. -Exercise With a Smile-It is performed by looking into a mirror and smiling while keeping your mouth closed. Follow this exercise by wrinkling your nose to help stimulate the muscles located under your cheek. -Cheek lifting-The ‘cheek lifting’ exercise entails lifting your cheeks by smiling as you press down on the lower part of your eye socket using your index fingers. You can also tone the facial muscle beneath your eyes by performing eye exercises. With your mouth open, pull your upper lip inwards. Then, while looking upwards, narrow your eyes and place your fingers just below the lower eyelids. Gently press downwards as you try to close your eyes. Hold this position for 4 to 5 seconds, release and do five to 10 repetitions. The facial yoga exercises work out all muscles of the face and help eliminate sagging facial skin and wrinkles. -Our eyes often sink in with age, resulting in an unsightly appearance. This exercise will help tone the skin around your eyes to help achieve a more youthful look. Sit in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed. Keep your eyes closed and move your eyeballs as if you were looking as far up as possible followed by looking down as far as possible. Repeat 10 to 15 times. Another eye exercise is performed by closing your eyes and lifting your eyebrows up as far as possible to help stretch the skin of your eyelids. You should hold this position for about 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

These are the causes of white hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to malnutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Before one year my fast sugar is 131 and after two hours from meal is 153 then i diet food and do exercise regularly now my fast sugar is 95 and two hours from meal is 125 now i am diabitician or non diabitic what is it

Currently your sugar are well controlled. Keep it up dear. However once you are diabetic you will remain diabetic. Keep it controlled.

Do regular exercise for better health.Increase eating.Eat more frequently.Use bigger plate.No water before or during meals.Use dense fruits like chikoo,banana,apple,grape,mango. and dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,peas,carrot etc.Use cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream,jam,jelly.Add cream with tea or coffee.Use weight gainer supplement.Take more protein foods in diet.Add extra fat in cooking.Eat nuts and seeds more.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Water 3lit/day.Don't skip meals.These will help to increase weight.
