Hi, I am getting up after sitting /sleeping for a while it feels like a blackout. Darkness comes in front of the eyes. Are these bad? What is the reason for happening these?

Getting Rid of Dry Scalp Step 1 Use less shampoo. If you use too much shampoo, you increase the chances that residue will be left behind .Failure to thoroughly rinse out Shampoo of the hair causes scalp irritation and flakiness. Step 2 Exfoliate your scalp. Getting rid of dry, dead skin cells is just as good for your dry scalp as it is for your face. Mix a tablespoon or two of sugar with your shampoo and gently work it into your scalp with the pads of your fingers. Avoid using your fingernails when lathering up, which can cause nicks or cuts. Step 3 Avoid extremely hot water. Hot water can dry out the skin and aggravate a dry, flaky scalp. The same is true for heat styling products such as a blow-dryer. Excessive heat can cause the scalp to become irritated and dry. Step 4 Give yourself a scalp massage. A scalp massage causes blood to flow to the scalp, and helps clear any blocked pores that may be interfering with sebum production. Sebum is the oil produced in the sebaceous glands of the scalp. Massaging the scalp also loosens excess dead skin and dandruff, making it easier to wash away. Give yourself a scalp massage before or during your shampoo, or even when you're relaxing in front of the TV. Putting olive oil on your fingertips before the massage gives your scalp added benefits. After the massage, continue with an olive oil treatment. Step 5 Apply an olive oil treatment to the scalp. Dip your fingers into olive oil. Apply the oil to your scalp, using gentle circular motions. Cover the entire scalp, but not the length of the hair. Once the scalp is covered with oil, cover the head with plastic wrap or a shower cap. Cover the plastic wrap with a warm towel, and leave on for 45 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water, then shampoo as usual. If you condition your hair after the shampoo, do not apply conditioner to the scalp. Instead, apply conditioner starting 1 inch from the scalp and down to the ends. Things You'll Need • Sugar • Olive oil • Bowl • Plastic wrap or plastic shower cap • Towel • Anti Dandruff Shampoo ( Wilmar Schwabe india) • HAIR CONDITIONER ( BAKSON) NOTE –Please go for ANTI DANRUFF OIL TREATMENT and OLIVE OIL TREATMENT once each in a week. Apple cider vinegar is anti-inflammatory in nature and is also great for restoring the pH balance of the scalp, which is another reason for using this as an excellent treatment for dry, flaky scalp. Take apple cider vinegar and dilute it with some water. This has to be applied on the scalp and left on for half an hour. • With constant application, apple cider vinegar will remove the pH imbalance in the scalp and also the dead and accumulated cells as well. This will also aid in better hair growth and prevent hair fall due to dry scalp. Apple cider vinegar also makes your hair shiny and smooth. Apple cider vinegar can also be applied without dilution if your skin is not over sensitive.

Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue under our chins is most often caused by being overweight. Sagging skin under the chin can also occur as we age and our skin loses elasticity. For a few, it can be genetic. Also if your weight loss is majorly muscle loss and not fat loss, some flab will show on the body. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a double chin, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a double chin.  Firstly reduce excess weight with proper diet and exercise. To get rid of a double chin, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with cocoa butter or coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your double chin. Try some chin exercises Chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your double chin. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks.Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect

Pichle video mein maine aap se aahar k baare mein kaha tha, abhi mai wyayam k baare me kahunga k kis prakar k wyayam karne k baad mein weight loss hota hai. Kayi log hote hai jo sochte hai ki mai ek hi din sab wyayam kar lun aur mera wyayam kam ho jayega. To aisa nahi hota. Kayi baar aisa hota hai k hum ek baar bohot zyada exercise kar lete hai aur uske wajah se humare muscles pe fat zyada deposit hota hai.

Exercise jo hai vo hamesha ek hi matra mein lekin zyada din tak karna chahiye to hi us exercise ka faida hoga, nahin to us exercise ka kuch bhi faida aap ko nahi hoga. Ek udharan k taur pe mai kehta hun aap ko k roz subah uht k agar aap ek kilometer chal rahe ho to roz ek kilometer hi chalo lekin lagatar chalo aur dheere dheere 100-100 meter badhate jao. Aisa karege to hi aap ka muscle mass badhega aur fat deposition ka hoga. Is tarike se wyayam se hum apna wazan kam kar sakte hai, nahi to agar hum ek hi din mein zyada exercise karege, ek hi din mein 10km bhaage gay aur dusre din se zara bhi nahi bhaage gay to humare muscles k upar fat deposition zyada honga.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Take ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey thrice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

I am 31 years old, I was obese was 92 now I am 73.5, I lost my weight with proper diet plan and regular exercise. I have hypothyroidism and pcos too. I am having very difficulty in losing more weight because of too much fluctuation in weight. If I have one chapati lead to 1 kg weight gain so frequently if I think not normal. You need gradual weight reduction with planned diet, exercises, yoga and herbal preparations to gain hormonal balancing to correct hypothyroid and pcos problem; the treatment will be lengthy for 6-8 months

I am 21 years old my blood pressure showed 139 and something 2 times after getting my bp checked at a doctor. He scared me alot by saying stuff like I should lose 10 kgs (im 75 right now) but he says I can not jog, I can not even walk or I might even get a heart attack then how am I supposed to lose any weight? My simple question is can my high blood pressure be cured totally after a certain period of time if I follow certain steps and medications? Yes or no just a simple answer I need.

You do not have too high BP and and both reading should be told to advise. You can do a TMT to decide if you can do exertion ad if ther is any heart issue /.You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it.
