I started eating eggs a month ago. But it is creating a lot of heat in my body. What should I do.

I started eating eggs a month ago. But it is creating a lot of heat in my body. What should I do.
Hi lybrate-user Reduce the quantity of eggs and incorporate other sources of protein in your diet. Avoid them completely if causing too much of a problem. Other sources include   1.Chicken is an excellent source of high quality protein, which is important for muscle maintenance and repair, bone health, and weight maintenance. And of course, there are so many ways you can cook and prepare chicken.   2. Paneer Not many people know this, but paneer is almost entirely pure casein protein. Casein is a slow-digesting protein, which means it is perfect for muscle maintenance. This is useful especially for people who have no choice but to go long periods without eating. Paneer is also an excellent source of vitamin B12, calcium, and other important nutrients.     3. Whey Protein There is a reason why whey protein supplements are the most popular supplement in the fitness industry: they provide a fast and convenient source of protein at an affordable price. Bodybuilders normally use them when they wake up, right after their workout, and mixed with some of their meals. For the rest of us, a scoop in our shakers right after our workouts can be very effective for muscle mass gains. It’s important that you still get high quality protein from whole foods, and use whey protein as a boost.   4. Fish Fish are high in protein, low in fat, and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3s are essential because they aid in fat loss and ensure the proper function of your body processes, such as your metabolism. 5. Dals / Pulses.

I am suffering with liver cirrhosis which kind of food and fruits I have to take to get healthy?

M.Sc - Dietitics / Nutrition
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Bangalore
Eat a low-sodium diet. Excess salt can cause your body to retain fluids, worsening swelling in your abdomen and legs. Eat a healthy diet - rich in fruit and veggies. Choose lean poultry such as fish avoid fried foods and processed food.

Amoxycillin is given as TDS dose while co- amoxyclav is given as BD dose mostly. Why?

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
Amoxycillin is given as TDS dose while co- amoxyclav is given as BD dose mostly. Why?
Clavulanic acid is not effective if given alone hence we give it in combination with amoxicillin and hence the dose reduces because two drugs are acting at the same time.

Hello lybrate-user, Hairs do not grow on scar tissue, as the skin & the hair follicles are damaged. But, yes you can remove the scar with medicines, it may take sometime. Hair plantation may be another option, that too only after the scar is restored to normal skin. Thank you.
