The laser treatment is the new technology that helps remove hair permanently. Though, permanently doesn’t mean here that hair will never erupt again, but they will stay away for a longer period of time than any other normal procedure in which you have to redo the whole process within a month.

Hello, To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains, pulses and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. D) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney Suggested supplements:- a) microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast b) lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Mam, you should loose your weight by daily walking about 5 km at stess by a hour. It is your only solution if there has no other unidentified or identified medical problem.

Hi 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, a) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, b) take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, c) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, d) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, e) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days gives you good result thanks.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.
