If you still have pain consult a physiotherapist to take tens therapy followed by exercises. Please consult orthopaedic for diagnoses.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp...Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

In fixed prosthesis, we have options of dental implants in which we drill titanium screw into the bone let it fuse with the bone for 3-4 months and then fix artificial tooth over it. The other option is bridges in which support is taken from the adjoining teeth, their cutting is done and then bridge is cemented on to them like a cap. Definitely implant is expensive than bridges but after assessing the condition of your bone and health of the surrounding structures it can be suggested whats best for you. So consult the dentist and make up your mind for what you are comfortable with in every sense.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Apply virgin coconut oil freely, let it soak it for 20 minutes, Apply Shikakai or mild, very diluted shampoo lightly. Not more than once a week. Continue and wait for 3 months to see good results Food: Panneer, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish.

Hi lybrate-user never take extra supplements vegetarian diet tips for muscle gain rotis: rotis are one of the best food's for bodybuilding. Rotis are made from wholegrains that are complex carbohydrates and supply us with energy and fibre. Some households mix different wholegrains to get the benefits of calcium and other minerals. Potatoes: potatoes that are prepared with less oil or baked provide us with carbohydrates without the unnecessary calories. Potatoes also contain potassium, which prevents muscle cramps. Brown rice: it is a rich source of complex carbohydrates that energises us during weight training. Brown rice also contains iron, calcium and fibre that are necessary for building bones and cell growth. Bananas: this fruit is not fattening and the best vegetarian'snack' for building muscles. Bananas are also a rich source of potassium, which is good for sore muscles. Paneer: is a great post workout snack. So consume paneer as this will help in the recovery of muscles and promote muscle growth. Paneer also contains calcium and vitamin a. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
