I have psoriasis (7 years) on scalp and on nose area. I have taking every precaution to keep it low as possible. Recently, I developed two small white patch (vitiligo) on left side of the mouth (3 months). This situation keeps me worried most of the time. I am taking each and every precaution. I even started homeopathic treatment. Is there anything else I should keep in mind treating these white patches because I don't want them to grow.

Keeping in mind your ageand the sites involved. Scalp and nose. It is more likely that you have seborrheic dermatitis rather than psoriasis. But would require a more extensive history and clinical examination to confirm. With regards to vitiligo, if it is confirmed, you can apply FLUTIVATE cream in the morning for 3 weeks MELBUILD lotion at night and revert thereafter.

Hello there! It is said that eating pineapple and papaya during the pregnancy is harmful for the fetus, however there are no such clinical studies backing this statement. But yes! for precautionary measures you should avoid papaya (contains papain) and pineapple (bromelian) because they can trigger miscarriage and the onset of premature labour. Thanks.

You are not able to do sex, due to fear of pain. I advice you to do foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes before going for sex. You can use lubricant before sex.

There is no direct relation but certainly it may develop anxiety perversion and depression so better do it in controlled way or avoid but as such mastubation does not effect much.

check your BP. Check your eye sight. take crocin pain relief one sos in case of severe and unbearable headache. take rest and good sleep. avoid stress. inform if not ok.

He is forgetting the things to do and he don't remember even while he is studying he do not remember next day what he has learned and I do not remember what work I have to do its look like my brain is not working properly what he should do.

We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3.Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves.
