Hello If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, 4. You can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days.(if history of allergy to this medicine is not present) Consult If Symptoms persist or worsen

If you don't want to use chasma then you can use contact lens or can undergo lasik laser operation. Eat carrot, tomato, ripe papaya etc (all r rich in vit a)

Dear doctor I want know about by my aunt. She is near 50 year old. Past 6 year she donate blood from that time she is not well properly always feel Fatigue, some time face become scarlet and coming tears from eyes without any reason. She's taking mecobalamin plus & Pirox Dt 20mg medicine. If she didn't take medicine any day, she come back on that position. We didn't understand how this reason create? Please doctors consult me what to do?

Hello dear her problem is not connected to blood donation. Tell her to eat nutritious diet (seasonal fruits and vegetables) avoid stress take proper sleep meditate and last of all get her complete hemogram evaluated.

How to recognise mood disorder , My parents and peers criticize me by saying that if you have any disorder than you won't be able to eat food, you won't be able to laugh or enjoy comedy show, so what basically is the mood disorder. I eat food ,laugh at jokes but I get irritating thoughts while working or doing any work, am I lazy but I don't have any desire to achieve something in life ,I read self help books but still there is no burning desire in me to achieve something ,I tried many things but still I don't feel the fire in me and my self esteem and confidence is poor as I have not achieved anything ,please help me.

I think your parents and peers are wrong if they do not have this information about what is going on internally. This is exactly what happens when you are depressed, mildly. If it becomes severe you may not be able to enjoy life like you are doing now. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation and you could stave off the severe depression later on: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hi lybrate-user I am sharing some important tips so that you can decrease the strain you are getting. Use proper lighting. Minimize glare. Upgrade your display. Adjust your computer display settings. Blink more often. Exercise your eyes. .To reduce your risk of tiring your eyes by constantly focusing on your screen, look away from your computer at least every 20 minutes and gaze at a distant object (at least 20 feet away) for at least 20 seconds. Some eye doctors call this the "20-20-20 rule. Looking far away relaxes the focusing muscle inside the eye to reduce fatigue. Take frequent breaks. For the greatest comfort at your computer, you might benefit from having your eye care professional modify your eyeglasses prescription to create customized completer glasses. Regards.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 31 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Take good sleep. Relax between studies, study in well illuminated room. Put ed misty four times a day. If dificulty in vision or headache then get your vision checked and spects made.

Hello, Use Schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily.
