My skin is going very dark in sunlight in day how I get treat to my natural skin color?

My skin is going very dark in sunlight in day how I get treat to my natural skin color?
Hello, you need to continuously protect your skin from the sun. De tan your skin by applying yogurt on affected areas and rinse after drying. Repeat this for a week. Before going out in sun, use a good sunscreen and keep applying after every two hours. Wear sun glasses, scarf/cap, and keep your skin covered. Also wear shoes or socks for your feet whenever you go in sun.

Skin of my penis is dry and itching. Why it is dry? fordyce spot on my lip. Why it is?

Skin of my penis is dry and itching. Why it is dry? fordyce spot on my lip. Why it is?
Dear user. PENILE ITCHING could be due to many factors. Men who are uncircumcised (who have the foreskin remaining around the penis) are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections. Penile itch is not an emergency, but it may be a sign of a disease that can be transmitted to others. Please consult a doctor for physical investigation which is essential for diagnosis. Take care.

Causes And Treatment Of Ageing Skin!

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology & Venerology & Leprosy (DDVL), DNB Dermatology
Dermatologist, Gurgaon
Causes And Treatment Of Ageing Skin!

Ageing is the only inevitable truth. However, it does not mean that it has to be reflected on your body. Skin loses collagen as you grow older and collagen is the element in your skin which keeps your skin tight and firm when you are young. Loss of collagen leads to skin sagging.

The causes behind ageing of skin can be both extrinsic as well as intrinsic. The main classifications of the causes are:

  1. Biological: This is an intrinsic factor which relies on the genes of the body and hence, it is out of our control. Naturally, with age, the regenerating capabilities of your body gradually lose pace due to the various hormonal changes that occur over time. A healthy lifestyle can go a long way in helping your skin look as young as possible.
  2. Environmental: Being an extrinsic factor, environmental factors that cause the skin to age can be controlled. Some of these factors, such as pollution, harmful rays of the sun, stress and unfavourable weather conditions are capable of damaging the skin. Sun exposure i.e. exposure to the UV rays of the sun, is deemed to be the primary reason behind skin ageing.
  3. Mechanical: Repeated behaviour over an extended period of time, such as frowning, squinting, smiling, etc., can cause grooves to be formed on the skin. These grooves may be permanent and hence, contribute to ageing skin.

How do you treat it?

A holistic approach is extremely vital for the treatment as well as control of ageing skin. The quality and features of skin differ among individuals and hence, the needs of the skin will vary too. Due to this reason, depending on the skin types and needs of the person, the skin care routine needs to be specialised and focussed.

To facilitate a specialised approach to ageing skin, a thorough analysis would be conducted by the dermatologists to understand what the skin needs and accordingly, diagnose the causes and symptoms of ageing skin. The diagnosis will allow the dermatologist to estimate the severity of the skin problem. This analysis will help the doctors to determine the adequate approach to address the ageing skin. A combination of services and technologies would be recommended based on the analysis. This combination would incorporate methods such as collagen building (with foods such as berries and dark green veggies), micro derma peels and skin tightening, as well as effective home skin care products which can be used to boost the skin’s beauty. The proposed approach would work to fill wrinkles, boost collagen and tighten sagging skin to make the skin look as natural as possible. If you wish to discuss about any specific skin problem, you can consult a specilized dermatologist.

Why my skin getting so red whenever I wash my hand even when I use liquid soap its also get itching and rashes. What should I do.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Why my skin getting so red whenever I wash my hand even when I use liquid soap its also get itching and rashes. What ...
The inflammation appears as redness, swelling and itching. The skin looses its ability to serve as a barrier . It allows more outside irritants in. Until all the irritants are removed, the skin will not heal. Once skin becomes red and dry, even so called "harmless" things like water and baby products can irritate skin further. This is a cumulative irritant dermatitis, in that it is not one big irritant but a lot of small ones. The tendency to get skin reactions is often inherited. People with these tendencies may have a history of hay fever and/or asthma in combination with food allergies and a skin condition called atopic dermatitis or eczema. Their skin can turn red and itch after contact with many substances that might not bother other people's skin. Less commonly, some cases of Hand dermatitis are allergic. This means after a period of exposure the substance caused sensitivity against it to develop in the skin to that, and only that, substance. . Even prescription skin creams can do this. Then, afterward, whenever the skin is exposed to the same substance -- even slightly --it becomes inflamed. . .Frequent hand washing and water contact should be avoided. To do this, protect hands by using gloves and creams as barriers. Dirty the gloves, not the hands. Take rings off to wash because they trap soap and water next to the skin. Use lukewarm water and rinse thoroughly after washing with soap. Use a mild soap (HomoeopathicBAKSON’s NEEM TULSI SOAP) . Blot the skin dry carefully. Apply moisturizer while the skin is still moist. Repeat after each hand washing, immediately after bathing and after removing gloves. Moisturizing creams are better because they are thicker and last longer on the skin. Lotions, which contain mostly water, are the least effective as moisturizers. Wear waterproof gloves while peeling and squeezing lemons, oranges, or grapefruit, peeling potatoes, and handling tomatoes. Wear them for tasks such as dishes, folding laundry (the fabric soaks the moisture out of the hands), peeling vegetables or for handling citrus fruits or tomatoes. Always replace gloves that develop holes. One should have enough waterproof gloves so that the insides of the gloves can dry between uses. Homoeopathic medicine FORMULA -D Tabs ( BAKSON) Chew 1 tab 3 times a day for 2 months nd report back
