Dear user. I can understand. It is very common to be tensed during and before first sexual intercourse. Such tension and stress could be called SEXUAL PERFORMANCE ANXIETY. Sexual performance anxiety is quite common and there is nothing to worry about it. Such sexual performance anxiety will clear itself after you get experienced in sexual acts. A major part of your performance anxiety is fear of what others are going to think of you, especially your sex partner, if you fail to perform. I suggest online counseling and sex therapy. Take care.

I always have a habit of sleeping late right from my schooling days. I find it very difficult to sleep at least till 3-4 pm and then even after sleeping I don't sleep quickly there are always some thought on my mind even though I don't want to think about them and sleep. So I actually have a good sleep in the morning till 10 after that everyone disturbs so I get by 10: 30. Throughout the day I feel lethargic and unable to study continuously I always have to take breaks frequently. I was not worried about all this until graduation as I was very much social those days do I had a habit of late night party. But now my social interaction Is very less so little worried. I do one hour of gym alternate days to keep myself fit. Is everything normal or is there anything that needs change. If yes then how and what should be done?

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

You yourself have given the cause for your problems and that is you don't have anything to do the whole day which is pretty bad at yiur age think if the things yiu can do write them down plan yiur days with lots of activities hobbies of your choice exercises and some productive work gi out for walks read books cook food there are so many things you can do and once you get busy yiu won't have headaches or anger or mood swings etc best of luck.

Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair. Also shaving your face 2-3 times a week for a few weeks might increase the thickness and density of your facial hair. Don't forget to use Aloe Vera gel after shaving. It is soothing and also promotes hair growth.

I have blister on my foot formed due to silencer burn on 23rd of this month I don't know it's healing are not liquid in the blister turned yellow to red and surrounding area turning from bright red to light red. I don't feel that much pain. So, should I pop the blister any other suggestions.

Hi,i am male 25. And my grandmother was admitted to hospital for breathlessness. I was exposed to her without mask till she was detected with swineflu. After exposure, a person will come down with swine flu symptoms in 1 to 4 days.You should get post ex post exposure chemoprophylaxis treatment should be given . Kindly visit a doctor .

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With TSH value 1.98 mU/L and T4 15.5 ng, it appears her present dosage is a bit higher than required. Because if T4 levels go up, there can be symptoms of excess thyroxine. So there is a need for dose reduction. You can talk to her physician regarding this. Thanks.
