I have oily skin and I have pimples on my face I have used garnier men oil clear face wash but it didn't worked on me what should I do to clear my face.

Hello, I want to reduce belly fat. My job profile is pretty much sitting work profile and due to time constraints I can't really do exercises. But ya I do walk while coming back from office which is nearly 1.5kms. Also I take stairs whenever possible. Can you please suggest me some diet plan for reducing belly fat? my weight is 58kg and height is 155cms and age is 27 years thanks in advance.

Hello good that you are doing some kind of physical activity wherever possible. Make an effort to increase intake of fiber cut down on excess sugars refined carbs sleep for 6-7 hours drink 10-12 glasses of water try doing 10 min of floor exercise including abdominal crunches.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Me and my husband are normal wheatish in colour. But my 2nd son became very dark I n colour after 10 days. Before that he was fair. And after 10 days he became very dark and dark patches on cheeks hands n legs. Please help me with good soaps and lotions or cream. Please thank you

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

I have many pimples on my face. Even after continuous washing and diet consciousness they are still on my face. Please tell me what should I do?

Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry. It is important to protect your skin from sunlight by applying a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Eat well : Although it?s been proven that chocolate and other junk food don?t actually cause pimples, stay away from oil. Greasy foods can still have a positive effect for your skin. Mix a little turmeric powder with a little coconut oil and apply directly onto the pimples at night. Next morning wash your face with water Whatever you do, do not pop pimples as that will leave a scar behind which is even difficult to get rid of. If your acne problem persists despite using these remedies for a few weeks, see a skin specialist.

Dietary advice to loose weight:

To loose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase the intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise.

Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner.

The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta.

To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned.

Your protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, grilled / steamed fish or chicken made in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk.

I can not take deep breath from last 3-4days and feeling little heaviness on my heart.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

If my ovulation date is 14 april 2016 and I missed my period on 25th. I checked pregnancy test on 29th April and 1st may. It's came negative. Do I need to check again for pregnancy. As I don't want to be pregnant. Help me out please.

I am feeling lower back pain for a month now mostly on left side and I recently experience discomfort and very less amount of pain (it is not actually real kind of pain) back of my groin and front of lower abdomen. The pain is not regular though but when I wake up in the morning there is that painful feeling at lower back.

The low back pain with associated symptoms of pain in lower abdoman and groin could of a different origin, and to rule out any lumbar vertebral problem you are in need of x ray and a bood test .Then we can arrive in to correct diagnosis and I can suggest you proper medication.

Hello lybrate-user. Not having good sleep does have its downside, like feeling tired, lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue, etc. What concerns me is your disturbed sleep for weeks now. Its reason needs to be checked in detail, for which a psychiatrist will be appropriate. You must get it done sooner, as any delay will make your health deteriorate further. Once the reason is ascertained, then the remedial action can be taken accordingly, restoring normal sleep and subsequent improvement in your symptoms.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel hungry try to be active as much as possible - set a proper routine, do exercise in the morning like walking, jogging, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning - climb stairs at your workplace if there, take a walk for 5-10 min after lunch - evening play a game or do walking - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & lean fats - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do investigations, blood hb%, sugar, thyroid hormone profile.
