1. Since you are having pain in the right side of abdomen, it could be due to appendicitis. 2. Get yourself examined by physician and if required take usg abdomen to confirm appendicitis and follow the advice and treatment accordingly.

Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue under our chins is most often caused by being overweight. Sagging skin under the chin can also occur as we age and our skin loses elasticity. For a few, it can be genetic. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a double chin, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a double chin. Firstly reduce excess weight with proper diet and exercise. To get rid of a double chin, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with cocoa butter or coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your double chin. Try some chin exercises Chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your double chin. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks.Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect.

Pain in upper back left side, I smoked for 7 years and now it's been 2 years quitting. This pain is from last 2 years, also whole body is itching. Tests which I gone through X-Ray Cholesterol level very high 260 sugar is Okay TMT test is Okay Kindly suggest why this pain is happening. It's been long time,

U need a thorough check up. Need to rule out smoking related lung injuries. Are you on any medication for cholesterol etc.

Hello, as you are a male of 17yrs., so you are left with only 5 yrs. more to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Height-Aid or Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.

Hello Lybrate user you must take nutritive diet like milk almonds,fruits,juices, raisins, pulses, beans, eggs and nonveg ( if u take). your digestion should be good. do some yoga and exercises. you can take patanjali ashwagandha capsule along with milk. it would better if you must take shatavaryadi churna along with these capsules.

As per your height your weight should be 64 Kg. For weight loss, you may try the following tips: 1. Have small frequent meals (6-8) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly without TV/ computer & chew your food well 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ canned/ fired/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, energy drinks, glucose 5. Replace refined carbs like potato, sugar, maida, biscuit, white rice, white bread, noodles, sewai with complex carbs like whole fruits (with peel), vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, oats, barley, bajra, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (soybean, rajma, chana, mung gota, moth, sprouts, safed matar) 6. Have enough fibre & protein in all your meals 7. Include enough good quality protein- low fat dairy (milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk), soybean, sprouts, cereal pulse combinations (khichdi, atta besan chila, idli, plain dosa, pongal), whole egg, fish, chicken 8. prefer steamed, pressure cooked, stewed foods to oily/ fried ones 9. Maintain a regular sleep cycle 10. Reduce stress through yoga, meditation, positive thinking, listening to soft music 11. Exercise regularly for 1 hr (brisk walk/ yoga) 12. Take stairs instead of lift 13. walk instead of hiring transport
