There is no short cut to fat loss. One can reduce roughly 3-4 kgs in a month in a healthy manner. Crash diets can help you lose weight initially but will stagnate very soon. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Causes of headache are wide. Treatment always depends on the dosha (vat, pitt, kapha) involved. Still you put badam rogan oil into your nostrils after motion in the morning. Take powder of harad - 2.5 gm with 5 gm of gur in the night only before meals with lukewarm water, if you are not diabetic. It will be good if you write few more details about the headache and other symptoms alongwith the previous test reports. Sinusitis, migraine, acidity, cervical, weak eyesight are the commonest causes, though there are many causes of headache.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Keeping dht from attaching to the receptors in the hair follicles. Reducing the production of DHT. Inhibiting the production of the enzyme 5 alpha reductase which converts testosterone into DHT. Reducing the substances that can produce the enzyme 5 alpha reductase like cholesterol.

The recent memory loss may have to do with the hormonal imbalance that took place very recently. This could be that you are under some stress from that period. Natural concentration is when the mind can hold a thought for a long time, when thoughts are under our own control. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. Stress can foil concentration and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Concentration precedes memory. If you are under stress your concentration will go for a toss, then naturally memory will be totally foiled. So meet with a counselor to take care of the stress and your memory will happily return. You can follow these simple rules in the meantime: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid all junk food.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day.

Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.

what is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. It is probably due to duodenitis or duodenal ulcer. Take pan d last thing at night and first thing in morning for 1 month and then pan d one at bed time for 1 minth. Good luck.

1.The best way to tackle in winters is by applying moisturizers after taking a bath. Remember to rub the cream along the direction of the hair follicles.Choose a moisturizer or a cold cream that contains oil because the skin isn’t producing the oils to keep the skin hydrated. A homemade moisturizing mask is made by mixing 1 teaspoon of milk with 1 tablespoon of honey and keeping it on for 20 minutes before washing off. You can also massage your body with olive oil after bath or before sleeping, this will make your skin supple. 2.For your skin to absorb more moisture, you need to exfoliate that is remove the existing layer of old cells. Now, remember to be gentle on this one as you can harm your skin if you are too forceful. You can use cosmetic products or use natural exfoliators like lime juice with sugar or oatmeal in the milk which also gives your skin a smooth texture. 3.Water is important no matter what time of year it is, but it is extremely important in the winter. You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day to replenish the water lost out by the winter air. 4.. Winters bring the worst out of our lips which need immediate attention. Use a highly moisturizing lip balm. Don’t use one with menthol as you will tend to lick it and that dries out the lips even more. 5.During winters your feet tend to feel left out with all the attention that your face and hands get. They end up looking dry with cracks in the sole.Apply an anti crack cream everyday and moisturize it. Wear socks to protect them from extreme coolness. 6.Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits in winter especially the ones which are rich in protein, vitamin A, B1, and B2. These foods include- dairy products, whole grain products, eggs, meat, legumes, and green leafy vegetables. By consuming these types of foods, you can help your body build up a defense against the elements along with your regular skin care regimen. Intake of liquids helps your skin to retain the essential oils automatically and acts as a natural protection against dryness. Make sure you consume diet rich in vitamin C and vitamin E, which are essential to keep the skin soft and supple. Though most of the modern skin care products contain vitamin E, it is advised to drink milk and eat the white of an egg to assure regular intake of vitamin E. 7. Oil massages and sitting in the sun is the maximum limit in winter I extremely benefecial. This practice not only helps in absorbing heat of the sun but also helps in synthesizing Vitamin D that protects the bones. For Dry Skin The skin type which really cries out for help during winters is the dry skin. There seems to be no end to the problem because minutes after you apply the cold cream your skin is dry again. The culprit might be the drying effect of face wash and hand wash that you are using. These can make your already dry skin, drier. So for cleaning your face, use cleansing milks and lotions, followed by a toner. The type of bath you take also helps you to keep your skin supple, take short warm showers instead long hot baths. Because the longer the skin remains in water, more it dries out. Make sure you apply moisturizer as soon as you get out of the bathroom. Also remember to apply a night cream and other moisturizing creams before sleeping so that you wake with a soft supple skin. For Oily skin For those with oily skin, this is the season when their skin is at its best. As it naturally secretes more oil than other skin types, it won’t dehydrate as fast. But just because your skin is oily doesn’t mean that you can skip applying cold cream, you will also need to use the moisturizers and cold creams but ones which are oil free.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
