I am doing daily exercise but after exercise i'm very tired and falling a sleep. Due to which I am not able to focus on study what should I do.

Hi for shiny and smooth hair you can follow this - thrice a week oiling and shampooing is must start using conditioner or serum after every wash. Do some de-stressing activity for 10 mins. 2.5 - 3 litres of water intake everyday. 2 dates and 2 dry figs will improve iron level in body. 2 cups of green tea will help in detoxification. 1 fruit daily like pear, slice of papaya and also you can do deep conditioning treatment to get shiny, smooth hair. After following all this if the problem persist you can consult trichologist.

What form of diet do I need to follow to reduce my weight especially in cheeks n arms?
For reducing weight pls take care of your food intake. Avoid all processed and packed food like biscuits, bread, sandwich, noodles, jam, ketchup, butter, salty snacks etc. As your energy expenditure is less and such foods will increase weight. Reduct intake of milk products, refined flour (maida), refined oil and white sugar. Have at least one serving of fruits (at least 2 whole fruits) and 1 serving of salad (2 types of veggies) every day. This will help in weight reduction and providing proper nutrition. All the best.

Hello, If you have been regular on your oc pills and take it daily then unlikely that you are pregnant and this would be the menses.

Crash diet leads to deficiency of vitamins or minerals. You need reduction in calories and increase in nutrients. You can consult/visit for a personalised program. 1. To lose weight make healthy food choices and more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal and lots of salad in each meals. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Hi @ apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Hello, I read in newspaper that American Medical Association has said that there is no relevance of high cholesterol levels with CAD or heart conditions. Whether levels are within limits with tablets, Can an effort may be made to discontinue anti cholesterol tablets?

The statement that "AMA has said that there is no relevance of high cholesterol levels with CAD or heart conditions" is wrong. High levels of cholesterol is commonly implicated in coronary artery disease beyond doubt. What we know now is that levels of cholesterol which were earlier thought to be the prime determinant of disease seems untrue. People have various risk profile for same cholesterol level. More so, people with some risk for CAD who take cholesterol lowering drug called statins have lowered risk for heart disease even with similar cholesterol levels. Cholesterol medicines (statins) can be stopped at any time since they are preventative drugs. Its not a good idea though since they work very well. I don't think any doctor will have a problem stopping the medicine if you request them to. At the end, it's for your benefit, and if you don't want it, doctor should oblige. There are other ways to reduce cholesterol as well, but as mentioned before, risk profiles for individual patients are different, and to some, statins offer benefit regardless of cholesterol levels. Try to find out the cause of cough, infective, allergic, due to occupation or seasonal or environmental. Chronic cough could be TB also. If you can't find yourself then take the help of some physician around you. Then only it can be treated properly.
