Lekin usame bahut saari bate nahi hai jaise ki: weight, height, age, HbA1c%, BP reading, (systolic/diastolic), fasting and PP glucose levels, dietary pattern, daily extent of exercise, lipid profile, urea, creatinine levels, present drugs with dosage. Ye saab details ke saath aap private conversation (paid consultation) me aaiye. Tab mai aap ko treatment ke bare me bata sakunga aur dava bhi likh sakunga. In this communication we can not prescribe any drug. Only general guidelines can be given. Nahi to aap kisi local diabetes specialist se miliye aur ilaj suru kar lijiye. Thanks.

Hello sir, I am 59 year old male have undergone angioplasty twice once in 2008 n the other one month back. Is there any medicine in Ayurveda which can clear the blocks, as the old 2008 one is now blocked by 50%

Hello sir, I am 59 year old male have undergone angioplasty twice once in 2008 n the other one month back. Is there ...
50% block may not be corrected but you can give a chance collateral blood vesselsto open up,so far these lying in heart but doing nothing and there are plenty of collateral blood vessels. it is equated to nature doing a bypass surgery giving its own vessels to circulate more blood to the heart by its own vessels instead of grafted vessels. some people do claim about opening up of the blocked vessels by alternate therapies but there are no proofs, no studies carried so far. if sugar levels are controlled you can have all of these or any of these lemon juice plus spoon of honey with warm water on empty stomach every morning & rest of the day. apple cider vinegar diluted with water/juice. pomegranade fruit or juice or dry seeds boiled in water ,a concoction made and a cup taken every day. exercise like walkkng does open up vessels of entire body. massage with machine or with oil does improve blood circulation including heart. better is blood circulation ,more vessels lying low get a chance to open up. good luck.

No pacemaker will not give shock if you mean and it only gives impulses for the heart to beat properly.

Dear lybrate-user, If your RBS is within normal limits with regular monitoring, it can be brought under control with diet and lifestyle changes. 1. Exercise regularly, walking or jogging in the morning is a good exercise. 2. Avoid sweet in any form. 3. Take small quantity of meals but frequently according to your need. 4.limit your carbohydrate intake. Stay in touch with a doctor for continuous monitoring of your health status.

Hello! I have been noticing tightness in my chest which remains all day. Along with that, I'm having a throat infection (taking medicines for it). I keep myself fit and that day, I went for a 10 KM run, I felt some sort of pain in the chest which was mild. I wanted to know the cause of it, my blood pressure and Pulse rate is normal. Can you guide me what it is?

Be willing to take some rest when you are unwell. Why run 10 kms with throat infection which requires medicines? Rest is best during illness, and when you are well, light or moderate exercise is sufficient.

You've probably heard that high blood pressure is a problem. Sometimes blood pressure that is too low can also cause problems. Blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Each time your heart beats, it pumps out blood into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when your heart beats, pumping the blood. This is called systolic pressure. When your heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. This is the diastolic pressure. Your blood pressure reading uses these two numbers. Usually they're written one above or before the other, such as 120/80. If your blood pressure reading is 90/60 or lower, you have low blood pressure. Some people have low blood pressure all the time. They have no symptoms and their low readings are normal for them. In other people, blood pressure drops below normal because of a medical condition or certain medicines. Some people may have symptoms of low blood pressure when standing up too quickly. Low blood pressure is a problem only if it causes dizziness, fainting or in extreme cases, shock. Certain medicines and substances can lead to low blood pressure, including:     * Alcohol     * Anti-anxiety medicines     * Certain antidepressants     * Diuretics     * Heart medicines, including those used to treat high blood pressure and coronary heart disease     * Medicines used for surgery     * Painkillers Other causes of low blood pressure include:     * Nerve damage from diabetes     * Changes in heart rhythm (arrhythmias)     * Not drinking enough fluids (dehydration)     * Heart failure You can do a few things to prevent low blood pressure     * Drinking more fluids     * Getting up slowly after sitting or lying down     * Not drinking alcohol     * Not standing for a long time     * Using compression stockings so blood does not collect in the legs Get these test done to find cause of blood pressure problems tests include Thyroid functions, ECG, ECHO. It would be better if you go back to the doctor as it is a good practice to followup with your family doctor ( where you are regularly checked - clinical examination is vital ). Please feel free to discuss your concerns and doubts with your doctor so that you can stay confident and take informed decisions. There is always a choice of second opinion if you are not convinced. Over all, take charge of your complete health ( mind and body ) by adapting health lifestyle and yoga. You can also revert here for your queries.
