1) braces- ideally. If there is gap between all teeth 2) tooth colored composite filling - if the gap is not too big 3) caps/ crowns .rarely recommended. Regards.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes

You have to take this medicine for six months, keep patience and you may stop normaxin after 2-3 weeks of stating treatment daily consume butter milk with sendha namak, jeera, meetha neem patta-curry leaves but no curd and spicy food, may take banana, bel syrup or murabba. 1- sonth powder 50 gm + nut meg-jayphal 10 gm + anar chal-peel powder 50 gm mix thoroughly, take 5 gm two times in a day 2- kutaj ghan vati 250 mg two tablets twice in a day continue for six months and give feed back.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Hymen and the Facts Associated with It

Contrary to what most girls have been led to believe about the hymen being a flat tissue that covers the vagina and is ripped during penetrative intercourse, the truth is that hymen is a fringe of tissue around the vaginal opening. It is not an intact tissue draping across the vaginal wall because without any outlet for the menstrual blood, girls would get periods only after they lose their virginity. Here are a few mind-boggling facts about the hymen.

  1. Just like labia, every woman's hymen varies in color, size and shapes. 
  2. It is elastic and stretchy in most cases. Vaginal delivery makes the hymen less visible by smoothening and stretching it.
  3. Despite popular belief, the pain women experience when they have sex for the first time is not due to your hymen breaking, but because your vaginal muscles are too tense and/or you're going at it too rough and fast without adequate lubrication.
  4. Simple exercises such as walking, riding bicycles, doing splits as well as horseback riding may rip your hymen long before you have had intercourse. 
  5. Hymens should not be perceived as the indicator of sexual activity because they are extremely stretchy and stay with you your entire life. Even sexually active people have hymens. 
  6. If you do not resort to any sexual activity (including penetration during masturbation), the hymen returns to its default position in your vulva. 
  7. Very few women have an imperforate hymen in which the opening is too small for penetration whether by tampons, fingers, sex toys or an erect penis. A simple surgery needs to be conducted in such a case where parts of the hymen are snipped away. 
  8. There is a growth in hymenoplasty, also known as hymen reconstruction surgery, in the past few years because hymen is viewed as an indicator of virginity and there have been cases of annulment, public humiliation, torture and even death because they believe that the hymen is not intact due to sexual activity; therefore making hymenoplasty an effective solution. 
  9. Although, not an indicator of the amount of sexual activities performed, one must seek immediate medical attention after being sexually assaulted because it can be examined to prove sexual abuse. (Learn more about Sexual Activity Affects Vaginal Health)

3 Ways to Last Longer in Bed

Satisfaction in every relation is very important.However, there are times, when due to certain  factors or conditions most of us fail to achieve it.  Two things that most men are generally insecure about are sex and the size of their penis. They are always concerned if their penis size is above average and their performance in bed is good. Although the size of their penis, is not in their control, they can definitely make a positive difference in bed, by holding ejaculation for a longer period of time. 

A recent research had revealed that 45% of men last for a less period of time, that is, only about 2 minutes. This statistic may be quite disappointing, but when it comes to lasting longer in bed, the situation can be improved by following some useful tips.

Here are 3 ways in which you can last longer in bed, and make your sex life more fulfilling: 

  1. The stop-start technique: This technique is quite useful and has great results. When you start getting stimulated and reach the point of your arousal where you cannot hold on any longer- stop. Stop for about 10 seconds and allow your arousal to subside. Continue to do this for a few times, and then release. 
  2. The squeeze technique: Research has shown that in case you are close to ejaculation, stop and gently squeeze just below the penis head. The pressure is aimed towards the urethra and it helps in repressing your ejaculation. 
  3. Use desensitizing rubbers: A very effective way to hold back your ejaculation is by wearing desensitizing condoms. These condoms feature a desensitizing lubricant known as benzocaine. But while using a condom, make sure you put it on the right side up or the lubricant will end up affecting your partner's vagina, making sex more difficult . 

Certain lifestyle changes have also been found to help improve your sex life. For instance a vegetarian diet and pelvic exercises make you stronger and better in bed.

Hello. Getting High Blood pressure at such an early age is sad. But, before reaching to the conclusion that you have High BP, it needs to be properly confirmed that your BP remains high all the time. Because, many times, BP rises only temporarily while you are checking your BP at a clinic, due to anxiety or tension. This is very popularly known as White Coat Hypertension. And this is a very non-harmful thing. Maybe you are having only White Coat Hypertension and not real High BP disease. Take care.

Any exercise leads to my knee pain I am only 32 What should b done for weight loss as walking empty stomach in morning is not possible for me I do take walk in afternoon for half hour. Weight is increase from 69 to 75 really worried now .Any exercise or even sitting for yoga knees pain starts or else there is no knees pain .Now pain has so in my foot part.

Hello lybrate-user, it is ok if you cannot walk empty stomach in the morning. But you should then walk in the afternoon or evening time, atleast for 30 -45 minutes. Also restrict your carbohydrate intake like rotis, rice (once a week, in lunch only), breads, aloo, fried foods. For knee pain, you should increase your calcium intake - have milk, curd, paneer, soybean, pulses (dals), green leafy vegetables, oatmeals. Restrict sugar, sweets, fried foods. Have lots of salad, fruits, vegetables. Drink water - 10 -12 glasses daily. You can also join our telephonic weight loss programs where we will plan your daily diet according to your food habits & lifestyle.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fiber containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Surgeon for examination for piles

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.
