I was interested in knowing different treatment options for keratoconus in my left eye. Just to give a back ground, I was operated for keratoconus in my right eye through deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty(dalk) way back in 2006 and the results were outstanding. Then problem is I am a working professional and cannot afford to be off work for a long period of time, which I will have to do in case I opted for dalk again. My treatment was undertaken at rp centre delhi. I heard about a new corneal cross-linking treatment done using riboflavin and uv exposure to cornea. I am not sure if this has still made it's way in india. Any guidance I can have will be much appreciated. P. S. Lasik in not a recommended treatment for keratoconus since thickness of our indian cornea is way less than the avenue thickness as in other western countries.

You must have advanced keratoconus in left eye, and underwent dalk keratoconus is a bilateral disease and one eye is affected more. As for the other eye if its progressing and corneal thickness is greater than 360micrometer, you can undergo c3r, which started in rpc in 2008. However if not progressing contact lens is best option, as surgery is not so predictable. You had a great surgery in one eye doesn't mean same for other eye. If you need any help at rpc aiims, I can help you as I have worked there for six years.

Avoid seeing porn. Do exercise daily 45 min. Take high protein diet. Avoid tea, excess meat, alcohol and masturbation. Drink water 8 glass / day. In each ejaculation you do loose millions of sperms, which need lot of protein and minerals and vitamins to build. Your body has the capacity to generate such large number of cells but if you do it too frequently or do not take care of your nutrition and health in general, your body can suffer secondary problems. Excessive masturbation causes health problem in future life like debility, decrease in sperm quantity, structural defect in penis etc. Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress,

I am suffering for my eyes last two days, some red mark in my eyes and my seen ability is getting lower. Now, what ca...
Redness of the eye is one of the most prevalent problems observed. Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. It occurs with symptoms of pricking, itching, irritation, watering, foreign body sensation and discomfort. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. Thus, eye hygiene remains the principal modality of treatment along with eye drops as a supplement. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. There may occur associated pain and sensation of itching, pricking, watering and discomfort. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic because it would require immediate removal from the eye and appropriate therapy. (4) raised eye pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the covering layers of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. (6) increased blood pressure. This has known to cause redness which is also known as sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. The redness in this case tends to be deep dark and usually occurs only in one portion of the eye. In this regard, a complete ophthalmic evaluation and a systemic evaluation is warranted. (7) injury/ trauma to the eye in any form may cause redness of the eyes. This should be taken seriously and assessed in detail by an eye specialist in person. From the symptoms described by you, it seems more likely to be a case of infection (? viral conjunctivitis). Other causes elaborated before should also be checked for in detail. Also, maintaining the precautions and hygiene that I mentioned should probably work well for you. You could use an antibiotic eye drop 4 times in a day and also use a lubricant eye drop along with an anti-histamine eye drop. (3-4 times daily) also, you should undergo a complete eye evaluation in order to rule out other causes. This would be possible only by examining your eyes in person. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 20 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. If you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

L am working daily in the front of a computer so my eyes always look red and pain in both eye.
The solution for this problem is its reduced usage and while using computor use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks. Homoeopathic medicine CINELUBE EYE DROPS ( HAPDCO) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily.

In case there is no discomfort at all the redness could be due to a haemorrhage which looks scary but is harmless. It subsides within 8-10 days without doing anything.

Anti-Müllerian Hormone, or ‘AMH’ as it is often called, is a hormone which is given off by developing follicles, which are egg sacs containing immature eggs. By measuring this with a blood test, it gives an idea of the state of ovarian reserve and how many eggs are left in the ovaries. This can help determine whether and how urgently treatment is needed, and also how a woman may respond to treatment. AMH naturally decreases with age as the ovarian reserve is depleted, and women in their 40s frequently have low AMH results. AMH levels are considered ‘satisfactory’ if they are above 21.98 pmol/l, although age and other circumstances have to be taken into account in order to make the most accurate assessment.Low AMH is not a cause of infertility, but it is an indication of a decreased egg reserve. When there are fewer developing eggs in the ovaries, the chance of a mature and healthy egg being released and fertilised decreases. In age-related low AMH, the quality of the eggs may also be affected, as eggs accumulate mutations over time. This may mean that the chances of abnormal fertilisation and miscarriage are increased. your detail reports are required for further treatement. you may consult privately
