Dear Lybrate User, *Apply on the affected area for at least 1 hour the pulp of ripe tomatoes. Wash it off with water. *Potatoes grated and applied on affected area can cure pimples. It is also effective on curing boils, whiteheads, blackheads, and other skin blemishes. *A powdered pomgranate skin & roasted paste mixed with lime juice can treat pimples effectively. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn knee exercises 3. Wear knee cap 4. Don't sit on floor 5. Wear sports shoes only 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum

Hi am 24 years old pcod problem and hormonal imbalance. Using krimson 35. After 14 tablets of krimson I exercising like lite spotting and heavy backache. Back pain is very high also spotting this is second month I using krimson 35. Is this side effect of krimson.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello lybrate user Your back pain arises at particular positions as you have mentioned. according to my suggestion you must wear contoured lumbosacral belt while bike riding and in gym you can do cardio program instead of abs crunches, etc. firstly take proper treatment of back pain relief by qualified physio follow by some stretching & relaxing back exercises. once pain relief then do strength improving exercises. secondly you will able to do gym exercises.

A good thorough clinical assessment by Physiotherapist & Orthopedic Doctor can reveal the primary diagnosis aided with MRI to confirm it. I have a temporal knee pain in the muscles beneath knee when I bent my knee. Actually I jumped from a wall 20 days ago and that pain still remains. It happens only when I bent my knee around 3-4 minutes. I apply volini as well as knee bandage over it.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello lybrate-user, it may be due to any wrong posture adopted while sleeping or may be due to a long drive. Just apply hot water bag over neck as a primary measure and see how it is.

I am sportsman and I play cricket and every time I bowl I feel something uncomfortable and sometimes it gives me back pain only when l bowl and then after I finish my practise session and after 1hour I feel relaxed so which. Exercise I should prefer, I don't want to take medicines.

Low back pain can be due to many different causes such as muscular, disc/spondylosis, joint/degenerative arthritis or in young people due to poor posture and weak abdominal and back muscles. Try simple stretching exercises for the low back and leg muscles. Use alternate ice packs and hot water fermentation over painful area as tolerated. Sleep over firm mattress, not too soft and not very hard. Be aware of your posture throughout the day. If pain persists then consult a orthopaedic physiotherapist. Good luck for quick recovery. Try core stability exercises to strengthen back abdominals and hip muscles.

Dear lybrate-user, Your back pain could be because of improper sleeping posture at night. Give hot water fomentation twice daily and that should solve your problem. dear sir it is edema of foot. it may due to any injury in foot below ankle or pain due to high uric acid i.e. gout . pl. checkup him for uric acid. s.calcium. till then give him tab. dolo 500 mg sos for pain.

It's not a disease, it's condition so do take precautions for over stretching, over loading and bad posture. You can do strengthening exercises in non weight bearing posture.
