Wheatgrass - One of the most densely packed green nutritional food ingredients when consumed in the form of a juice, it helps the liver by increasing its ability to flush out toxins. This results in an improved immune system. Wheatgrass is also rich in B complex vitamins, beta carotene, chlorophyll, magnesium, potassium and many other vital nutrients.

If pregnancy test is negative than you are not pregnant you may be having infection better go to gynaecologist for check up

Just mix a few teaspoons of baking soda with enough water to form a thick paste then massage into skin where scars are present. Once applied, you should leave the mixture on for a minute or two. This will allow the soda to cleanse pores and help prevent further blemishes. After a couple of minutes, wash your face in lukewarm water massage virgin coconut oil directly onto scarred skin and let it soak in. There is no need to wash coconut oil away as the vitamins and essential fatty acids will continue to work and improve skin health

If you have your blood vessels constricted you have a chance to heart attacks and need to do angioplasty or by pass as decided by cardiology check up

Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p.m. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television. Follow a sleep schedule and consult privately if you continue to have difficult sleeping.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert. For white patches: White patches/ dots on skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start giving her homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for initially 1 month (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Tooth has three layer. When outermost layer is removed by any reason then 2nd layer get exposed and start to sensitivity like cold food substance. It will get cured by applying sensitivity tooth paste like sensodyne and other. It will take 10-15 days to cure. Apply on all tooth surface left for2-5 mints. Then brush with regular tooth brush. If it is not cured by then then contact to me. Or check for any cavity and get it restored.

dear hardik, for gastro problem ask you father to have a walk after every meal drinking more water will avoid gas problems. and for back pain apply heat fermentation twice a day for a week. if still feels pain then take ultrasonic therapy for back pain.

I have heard donating blood regularly like 6 months once will make the vein thick and problems with the person donating in long term. Is it true? Find the person who is handling the procedure whether he follow all measure while introducing needle and inserting it normally and with good knowledge and experience. If he do it in wring way the inflammation of vein cause and enlarge and it will subside once the medication is taken immediately and will never cause any permanent damage. Donating blood is good unless you don't suffer from any debilitating disease like diabetes, thyroid and chronic infectious disease. Take care.

Mr. Lybrate user, in this period, better to avoid allopathic medicnal usage [preferably internal}unless with your concern gynaecologist's suggestion. As you r saying she is suffering from her childhood, now immediately she can not get releif but by taking homeo, parallally, she will be better in recurrence, frequency, intensity.& there will not be any side effects by taking homeo, try few home remedies, like by observing what kind of weather or food, or other factors that cause her to get, avoid those, like if exposure to cold weather, then avoid her to get exposed to that weather, or food, etc, let her take proper diet/sleep, milk with dry ginger powder[boiled], daily, will help to reduce the episodes, plenty of fruits. Sprouts, more water, green leafy veg, etc. Let her practice pranayama daily twice or thrice, morning after getting up, & at night, before going to bed, & meanwhile, whenever she feels free. If possible, try to learn breathing exercises, under art of living/isha foundation etc, wll improve her health, & reduce the asthamtic attacks, which also will help for foetal development too.

it depends on many factors, hereditary, diet and others, to increase height According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. For a diabetic person, it is important to have proper diet suggested by the doctor, take prescribed medicines on time, have some daily exercise routine, and learn to manage stress. Please take her to a doctor. The doctor needs to check her other parameters as well and then will prescribe medicines and will suggest some life style changes. Diabetes can prove to be dangerous if the patient does not take suggested care. But there are people who are living with diabetes for over 30 yrs, who follow doctor's advice. Diabetes can be managed. You need not worry about it. But you must take her to a doctor and follow the doctor's advice.

Hair loss, or alopecia can be associated with a wide variety of conditions, from genetic to autoimmune to infectious to environmental. Common forms of hair loss include the following: •Androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness) •Alopecia areata •Scarring (cicatricial) alopecia •Telogen effluvium •Anagen effluvium •Congenital hypotrichosis •Infection-related hair loss (eg, tinea capitis and folliculitis) •Physical hair damage or defect (eg, trichotillomania, loose anagen syndrome, monilethrix, and overprocessing) Androgenetic alopecia is by far the most common form of hair loss, followed by telogen effluvium, alopecia areata, tinea capitis, scarring alopecia, and hair loss from over processing. Upto 100 hair fall per day is considered normal. Correct diagnosis would require a clinical evaluation and then appropriate treatment can be prescribed. Also assessment of thyroid function, a complete blood count (CBC), and measurement of serum ferritin is required. The treatment requires a clinical assessment and correlation with Lab reports.

Keep cows ghee in diet, massage your hairs with medicated oil regularly, do regular exercise, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive shampoo, hair conditioners, tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food, salty food, hot drinks, oily,spicy ,outside foods. I'm 25 years male and I have low back pain strongly at top of the buttocks. I'm 81 kgs. I thought it is only because of my weight and started to exercise (jumping rope 1000 times per day). Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
