Hi. Thanku for writing into lybrate. Com hair loss:- the exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply sanjanana powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Cap keshya, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. Tips:- 1. You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

I am male 27 years old and my problem is I feel tired all the time I am taking a good diet but I can not recover my heath I can not do heavy work for a long time and my hand legs start paining but hthe hr and if no JDM in.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Why the dreams are getting when we are sleeping? And for me those incidents are getting in my real life! What's the solution for it?

People are all different - some of us have many dreams and some of us have few. If you have lots of dreams every night then their meanings maybe more difficult to analyze. But if you just have occasional dreams then they are more likely to be linked to major issues. They maybe caused by big events that have just occured. But if you have lots of long dreams then their meanings maybe much more trivial. People who have few dreams tend to remember the most important dreams. Dreams tend to follow your immediate moods. So if you were lying awake in bed prior to this dream then think about how you felt. It maybe that the dream captures your mood then. If you felt about tackling some major issue the next day see if that dream seems to capture that mood. If you were fantisizing about how you may act the next day at a party then it may link to that. Some people just tend to remember dreams much better than others. But it probably just means that they remember many more trivial dreams. We all tend to think that a dream is significant. But if you get lots of dreams then they cannot all be significant. Dreams tend to focus in on our key intuitions. Some intuitions are more important than others. So if something major has been going on then try to remember any such dreams. They will almost certainly link to these major issues. Also think about how active your imagination is. Do you tend to fantasize? do you suffer from depression? if so your dreams will tend to follow on from your moods. They will reflect recent paranoias and moods. If you are very introverted and introspected then dreams will eflect your own inner world. Dreams reflect the reality of our emotions. They will feel your own paranoias. Your unconscious mind is easily convinced. It will simply follow like sheep any paranoias that you feed it. Do not expect great objectivity from the dream mind.

Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following for your condition: put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week. For further measures get back to me. Thanks.

I m suffering from Dyscentry since 5-6 years. I have met those specialist doctor for my disease. After that I have partially cured. But still I m not cured absolutely. Dear, Dysentery is due to amoebic infection / bacillus infection it is aggravated by hot &spicy food, and in both cases recurrence is common. your symptoms like loosing some blood in Toilet.& loosing weight are serious & should be investigated thoroughly, get surgeon's opinion to rule out internal piles, and gastroenterologist opinion also.

Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes.
