its not because of lack of calcium, various factors involved including, deficiency of calcium, but can`t be cured by giving tablets of calcium. Advice: consult your physiotherapist or orthopaedic.

I am 22 yrs male. And I am suffering from back pain. What I have to do?

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

Do rest and heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment. Do stretching exercise in daily routine avoid long sitting, standing, toward bending and lifting heavyweight. Otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Joint space is reduced in your knee joint. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Learn knee exercises. wear knee cap. wear sports shoes. don't sit on floor. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and Glucosamine supplement.

My age is 29 & my height is 5'0 and my weight is 67 kg how much weight is excess and how much weight I have to loss because I have pain in two legs toe when I walk I have no pain but when I seat and stand it starts heavy pain and when I wake up in the morning it is having heavy pain in the toe I can't stand properly.

You need to loose 10-15 kgs weight but in a slow and gradual way.If there is any burning sensation and swelling in the toes,then get your uric acid levels tested.

go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

In January ,during my journey in bus, I got a severe backache. When I consulted the doctor, he told me that I had a disc slip problem ,some space had been created in lower discs. He suggested me physiotherapy and exercise and gave me medicines (pain killer and to remove inner swelling ). This treatment continued for more than a month. Then at last he had given me vitamin D capsules. Now a days again I am having pain in my lower back. Please suggest me some permanent solution for this.

Pelvic Pain - 4 Ways It Can be Treated

Pelvic pain is most common in women, though sometimes it occurs in men as well. There is absolutely no reason why pelvic pain cannot be treated and therefore women need not panic if they are experiencing such pain. The treatment of any pain can be done methodically after discovering its cause. Thus, before jotting down the treatments for pelvic pain, it is important to explore the reasons that cause pelvic pain in women.

Reasons for pelvic pain

  1. Reproductive organs in women play an important part in causing pelvic pain. The reproductive organ is complex when it comes to women and many small or big problems there might end up leading to pelvic pain.
  2. Any urinary infection or bladder irritation might also lead to pelvic pain.
  3. The nerves and muscles of the abdomen may cause pain in the pelvis area as well. In fact, the nerves and muscles are very tender near the pelvis area and care should be taken so that one does not strain them or pull the ligaments. This can cause severe pain.
  4. Another interesting point to be noted is that sometimes even after going through a lot of examinations, no causes of pelvic pain are found. In such cases it is understood that the pelvic pain is a manifestation of the remains of a long forgotten injury or accident.
  5. It has been examined and found out that physical abuse can at times lead to chronic pelvic pain. Though this link has not yet been understood properly, but it is seen to be true.

Treatments for pelvic pain

  1. The most basic treatment is to apply heating pad on the affected area. Heat helps in relaxing the muscles and nerves thereby, lessening the pain. However, this would reduce the pain, but cannot make it disappear in a day. Thus, it is a continued process for a week or 10 days till the pain recedes.
  2. Relaxation techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and even muscle exercises like jogging help in reducing the pain. However, this should be done under guidance. One wrong move can actually aggravate the pain instead of lessening it.
  3. Then there are painkillers which are non-steroidal and help in lessening the pain. Painkillers have a correct dosage and must be taken only after consulting a doctor. Self-medication in such cases can prove disastrous.
  4. At times, when all medications fail, surgery is the last resort.

Thus, these are some of the treatments that can be undertaken if and when you are experiencing pelvic pain. All these are connected to the root cause and must be followed only under medical supervision.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
