I am suffering from headache so please give me a suggestions and leg pain also give me suggestions.

MBBS, MD - Community Medicine
General Physician, Jaipur
I am suffering from headache so please give me a suggestions and leg pain also give me suggestions.
Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after taking food (as and when required). For leg pain Tab. Paracetamol is sufficient and meanwhile you may get checked for Vit D defficiency. Share your symptoms in detail including status of your blood pressure and eye sight, I will prepare an advice accordingly. ***Get Well Soon*** “Yoga/meditation has a great relaxation power.”

Hello, can you please send a picture of the nails. You will need an antifungal tablet and an antifungal cream also. Also since the fungus is present in the nails, it will take almost 6 months to cure as the nails are stubborn to cure.

My testicles are small and It produce less sperm(low sperm count) ,which is may be it is less than half spoon sperm

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Lucknow
My testicles are small and It produce less sperm(low sperm count) ,which is may be it is less than half spoon sperm
The main sign of low sperm count is the inability to bear a child. Most couples after trying for a couple of times, will likely visit the doctor. Only at this time do they come to know the problems that they are facing. Because sadly low sperm count may not always have an obvious symptom. But In some cases, an underlying problem such as an inherited chromosomal abnormality, a hormonal imbalance, dilated testicular veins or a condition that blocks the passage of sperm may cause signs and symptoms. The very basic symptoms of Low sperm count might include: * Problems with sexual function, like low sex drive or difficulty maintaining an erection * Pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area * Decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosome or hormone abnormality.
