I do not know what is meant by caries. 6 to 7 month back I have root canal and bridge for 3 tooths. Four last 4 days I have tooth pain while chewing food, while brushing or pain when pressure is applied.

It could b a various exposure leading to infection consult your Dr. again you may require rct and cap if new or redoing existing rct caries is a disease of decay of hard tooth material due to Bacteria n poor oral hygiene.

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Yes, indeed there is. Lightly cook some fresh curry leave and guava leaves in coconut oil. But don't heat the oil and make it smoke too much. Both Curry leaves and guava leaves will promote hair growth and give you that shiny, black and thick hair. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: You could give your hair a last rinse using apple cider vinegar concoction. Mix 1 part of Apple cider vinegar with 2 parts of plain water and use it as a final rinse (after shampoo).

I feel once you will be determinant that you have to wake up in early morning nthing stops you to change your habit. All you need to do is put an alarm of time you need to be waked with louder sound and place an alarm clock quite a distance away from yourself so dat you have to come out of bed to switch it off. Initially it may be painful but slowly you will be used to it. You can do this.

Hello, we can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. For weight loss, include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly and thigh fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week. That is crucial.

Hello docs. What happens is when I sit for a long time at a same place for a long time applying pressure on my legs, my left leg sometimes becomes numb and I can't walk. Although after sometimes I recover but it is worrisome. Can you tell me why does it happen and do I need medicines?

When you sit for long time blood supply to lower limb is obliterated due to pressure which causes tingling and numbness sensations which improves when you walk, it's normal phenomenon it's better to avoid long sitting in same posture.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Yes oats are good for health. You can have them in breakfast. But you cannot loose weight by eating only oats. You shld eat eveything like green veg fruits milk and avoid eating sweets fried food n oil. Yiur calorie intake should be less than d amoumt of calories you burn in a day. So eat according to it.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have asthma. Not very serious. But I cough incessantly for 10-15 mins after running or any after other strenuous activity. I used to take Foracort200 inhaler. Dear lybrate user, if you go to any mountain trip then carry either any one of the following homoeopathic mother tinctures:- 1) coca q 2) aspidosperma q whenever you feel any discomfort like palpitation or loss of breath during your trip then take 30 drops of any one of the aforesaid homoeopathic mother tinctures in a cup of water. Hye. No single food can be labelled as healthier or superior than another. As a part of a healthy diet both can be good. Also, you need to see what is your need. In summer you can have lemon barley to stay hydrated. As a mid meal a vegetable juice is fine. If the vegetable juice replaces breakfast or if the barley water replaces your snack then they are no longer going to benefit you. So, you can have both as long as it's a part of a well planned diet.

Are you married? How do you know you have erectile dysfunction? If you are masturbating so often daily, you may not be suffering from ED. Masturbation is alright accept if you indulge in it too much. Once you indulge in it you will get so used to that that you may not want to relate to another person to experience full sex through intercourse. Go meet a sexologist and discuss your addiction. You will also need to exercise and play contact games. Do not be alone for too long, and do not spend time in the bathroom beyond what is necessary. Always be in the company of others, and be occupied with interesting activities. Hobbies are really good. Think less of sex, and certainly do not watch porn movies.
