My son is 13 years old. He is 50 KGS and 5 ft tall. He is showing low BP since aug 2016. First time when we checked on 28th Aug 16, it was 80/58. He also had cold and cough that time with slight fever. His fever, cold and cough went off, but bp did not improve. On 16th sept he again got fever, this time for the 1st time in his life he fainted early morning when he got up from bed and had just brushed his teeth. We took him to the doctor, he was tested for dengue, sugar, urine and thyroid. All his reports were normal. But bp was 99/60. With medication (argumentine and crocin) his fever went off. Then we checked his bp again on 19th sept it was 86/60, on 21th sept it was 90/60 and on 3 Oct it was 90/60 only. He has no other problem. He is generally on homeopathy treatment whenever he gets cold and cough and during fever we give him allopathy treatment with doctors concern only. Please can you suggest me what to do now for the low bp issue apart from giving him lot of fluids and juices.

Painful ejaculation, or painful orgasm, is commonly described as a pain or burning sensation that happens when a man ejaculates. He may feel pain between his anus and genitals or in his testes. He may also feel it in the urethra, the tube that semen passes through.
A man may become so frustrated by this pain that he starts to avoid sex. His relationship with his partner may suffer as a result. Many men with painful ejaculation experience depression and anxiety. Prostatitis is only one of several causes of sexual pain in men. If you are experiencing sexual pain, which can include pain in the penis, testis, or pelvis area that occurs during sex, while ejaculating, or after sex, it could stem from a variety of causes.
The causes of sexual pain can be medical, structural, or psychological. Here’s a look at six causes of sexual pain, also known as dyspareunia.
Infections in the prostate gland, bladder, urethra, or seminal vesicles can cause intense burning or itching after ejaculations.
Some sexual pain disorders have been linked to anxiety. Pain may occur as a result of having anxiety related to sex or intimacy. Being a victim of sexual assault or abuse can manifest in sexual pain or anxiety.
There are some other common causes of sexual pain in men. While it is important to make sure you have enough lubrication, an irritation you are experiencing may actually mean you are allergic to your lubricant. That goes for other products such as spermicides and even the detergent you use to wash your clothes, as these can cause allergies and irritations that lead to sexual pain.
Physical abnormalities, such as Peyronie’s disease, a tight foreskin, other foreskin issues, scarring, or frenulum breve, can also cause sexual pain. You should see your doctor to get a complete examination to rule out any physical problems that could be causing your sexual pain.
To treat painful ejaculation, a doctor must first determine the cause of the painful orgasm.Usually this involves a thorough medical exam. Sometimes, samples of urine or semen are analyzed. Medications may help if there is inflammation of the testicles, prostate or urethra.
5 Reasons to Get Rid of Everyday Anxiety
Anxiety is a disorder where the body is in a state of alertness as a result of a stressful situation. It is an inbuilt mechanism, which can result from stress, threat or pressure. Being constantly anxious impairs work performance and creates havoc in relationships. The blood supply to the brain increases during anxiety, thereby quickening heart rate and tensing the muscles of the body to facilitate a state of high alertness. High anxiety levels can give rise to a number of health issues, reason why you should try to minimize your anxiety levels.
Here are 5 reasons to get rid of anxiety:
1. High blood pressure - Spikes in blood pressure occur during periods of anxiety. These temporary spikes can result in damage to heart health and blood vessels in the body. Anxiety may also cause a person to smoke or consume alcohol, which affects blood pressure.
2. Stomach problems - Anxiety is known to cause problems in digestion as symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and an upset stomach are reported to occur. It may cause vomiting, abdominal pain, and constipation.
3. Weight gain - Binge eating during periods of anxiety can cause weight gain in affected people. A study reported that stressed out women processed fat and sugar in a different manner than usual, thereby leading to an increase in weight. Weight gain can give rise to other complications like diabetes and high blood pressure.
4. Disorders of the respiratory system - People with respiratory diseases face complications due to anxiety. Breathing problems such as hyperventilation can cause further complications.
5. Depression - Anxiety can cause a person to develop depression, which can be life-threatening. Thus, preventing anxiety can help in preventing depression as well.
