Iam 23 year old. I have late periods that 2 months and 3 months. please tell me. How to get regular periods and what can I do?

BHMS

Iam 23 year old. I have late periods that 2 months and 3 months. please tell me. How to get regular periods and what ...
Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back..take care.

1. If you are having frequent urinary tract infection, it could be due to faulty and inadequate treatment. 2. You have to take antibiotic for 10 days depending on the culture and sensitivity report to avoid recurrence 3. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses) daily. 4. Do urine examination for re/me, culture and sensitivity test and consult physician with report for advice and treatment.

Hello, Is trika 0.25 may be used with mixing it in cold drink? How many hours we can sleep by using 2pills of trika at night?

Trika is used to relieve excess (moderate to severe) anxiety and to treat anxiety associated with depression. It is not to be used for mild anxiety associated with stress of day today life situations. I would suggest you take this with your personal psychiatrist and adjust your dosage after he thoruoghly examines you. There are other ways we can deal with this problem through counselling and natural medicine like Homoeopathy consulting a homoeopath near your place would be helpful and give you a longterm and permanent solution.

Cardiac Risk Makers:-

Liver enzymes are normal, c reactive protein is high -it can be due to infection/inflammation anywhere in the body, need not be due to heart or only due to heart in absence of specific symptoms of other organs, apo-1 is normal it is a fat+protein combo in blood that is water soluble and keeps circulating in the blood, in a way it reflects the good cholesterol which should be at a higher level to prevent blockages in the blood vessels, apo-b is very high -means it is a precursor of bad cholesterol in the blood that is responsible for blockages and plaque formation. Your dm-2 is under control with medication. You have to bring down apo-b by cutting down bad fats like transfats, oily food, etc which I am sure you are doing to control your dm. By increasing good cholesterol precursors like apo-1 & other apos except b (remember b for bad) your chances of getting bad fats on higher levels will get reduced. Take water with a spoon of honey (allowed for dm) with juice of a lemon every morning on empty stomach -it does burn bad fats, eat a spoon of good fats like desighee/ butter + a katori of assorted nuts every day (allowed for dm) cut down extra carbs in place of good calories gained.
