Hi, Diabetes-2 is a lifestyle related problem, so making a few lifestyle changes can lower the chances of developing type 2 diabetes. -Excess weight is the single most important cause of type 2 diabetes, so control or reduce your weight if you are overweight! -Avoid sedentary lifestyle and start get moving. Brisk walking for a half hour every day reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. -Modify your diet: *Choose whole grains and whole grain products over highly processed carbohydrates. The bran and fiber in whole grains make it more difficult for digestive enzymes to break down the starches into glucose. *Avoid sugary beverages which have a high glycemic load, and drinking more of this sugary stuff is associated with increased risk of diabetes. *Choose good fats instead of bad fats. Good fats found in liquid vegetable oils, nuts, and seeds. Trans fats or bad fats are found in many margarines, packaged baked goods, fried foods, fast or junk foods. *Limit intake of red meat and processed meats. Nuts, seeds, beans, tofu, or poultry are much more healthful protein choices. -Quit smoking. -Moderate alcohol consumption decreases the risk of type 2 diabetes. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress or tension! And keep an optimistic attitude in life!

Dear, it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.

Hello sir, You can take them either ways as u comfortable. Flaxseeds are good for diabetes. Take 1 tsp flaxseed powder with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error for any change in no. 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Risk of oral sex HIV can be transmitted by oral sex, though this does not occur frequently. Both fellatio and cunnilingus have been known to pass it on. Oral sex is certainly much safer HIV-wise than rectal or anal sex. Oral sex is probably safer than vaginal intercourse. Ulcers in the mouth could increase the risk. Oral sex is more risky than non-penetrative sex (eg mutualmasturbation, kissing, etc). During fellatio, if the man avoids ejaculation, it probably reduces the risk some what. In the case of cunnilingus, there may be an increased risk of transmission if the woman is menstruating. There's no evidence that mouth washes could reduce the risk of infection using condoms or 'dental dams' during. Oral sex could reduce the chance of infection, but not eliminate it.

I am 18 years old male. Three months back I had sensitivity in the 14th upper teeth, mild pain so that unable to chew on the right side.
