I have too much cavity in my back side tooth, give me a solution?

BDS (GOLD MEDALIST)
Dentist,
Hi please don't delay. Go for an x-ray to know about the extent of the cavities. Because if cavity is superficial they can be restored by filling which is cheaper than rct. And if pulp is exposed then rct will be the only option.

Hi lybrate-user, generally tooth tends to discolour once it is root canal treated. That is one of the major reasons why a dentist does cap over the tooth. You can not whiten the tooth now since its already root canal treated. But you should get a cap done as it will be more aesthetic.

I am 40 years male and blood comes out from my upper teeth (not lower jaw teeth) when I brush. What do you think? Is it because of structure of my teeth and are they can be fixed using braces at this age?

Mostly it is due to deposits on teeth. A simple teeth cleaning should reduce your bleeding substantially from very next day. I don't think it will be because of your structure. But if you still desire to correct your tooth structure then braces are possible at your age.

tried many medicine but my pain is getting more which medicine should I take.
The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Whether a single or multiple teeth missing, it does hamper your health sooner or later. Get your teeth replaced. You do have options.

To lessen the degree of pain or soreness in the mouth during the orthodontic treatment, you can gargle with 8 ounces of lukewarm water with one teaspoonful of salt dissolved in it. Swish it around your mouth and then spit it out. It will dull the pain and provide relief.

Continuous bleeding is happening from my teeth since last week. What should I do?

Continuous bleeding is happening from my teeth since last week. What should I do?
Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedures. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

I am fifty four year old female and my gums are bleeding continuously from last fifteen years. What should I do?
Hi one of the most common reasons for bleeding gums is gingivitis. In easy terms, gingivitis is inflammation (swelling) of gums. You should immediately see a dentist to get a round of scaling (cleaning) done.

My teeth is yellowish colour I use many toothpaste but not benefit which toothpaste clean my teeth.

BHMS

My teeth is yellowish colour I use many toothpaste but not benefit which toothpaste clean my teeth.
Use Homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Take care. Home remedy:- Cleaning your teeth with fresh orange peel on a regular basis will reduce the yellow tinge accumulated on your teeth. Rub orange peel over your teeth every night before going to sleep. The vitamin C and calcium in the orange peel will combat the microorganisms throughout the night. Do this for a few weeks and you will notice effective results. If fresh orange peel is not available, you can use dried orange peel powder. Take care.

Mere teeth brown ho gaye h, main 5-6 year pahle gutka khata tha uski wajah se shayad, ya floride ka pani pine se bhi....
Please undergo scaling. Once scaling is done, all guthka stains will be gone. Then you can see if there is any additional stains caused by fluorosis. Fluorosis can be managed by a combination of bleaching and veneers. Bleaching alone may not give optimal results (depending on severity of the case)
