I have shoulder pain in the interval of 15-20 days and its stays for the same day till I take rest and also I am unable to throw a ball or a stone with full thrust a normal person should be capable of. It happened when I was playing badminton. I smashed the shuttle eventually a sound was produced from my shoulder. Please advise.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Dear, if you're nature of job is table work, then adjust your table and chair properly. Take frequent breaks after every 30 min. Do back stretching and strengthening exercises.

Hi You can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the knee and ankle joint. Meanwhile apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Follow healthy and balanced diet with 30 minutes exercise daily to loose weight. Do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan Wishing you a good health.

As you wake up in the morning, apply pressure on your palms (front n back) for 10 minutes. Afterwards rub your hands together till they r warm.

I am 58 yrs and I get pain on my lower part of the right leg on the calf and shin bone muscle. Which radiates down up to the ankles while walking. The pain subsides after resting for 3-5 minutes.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Neck advice neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Shoulder advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Most common pain is knee pain.You may worry that exercising could cause more damage or pain. But the opposite is true: Strengthening the muscles that support your knee, and keeping them flexible, is the best way to prevent further injuries. Start slowly, and build your strength over time. Some muscle soreness is normal when you exercise. But you shouldn’t feel more pain, especially in your knee. If you do, stop and contact your doctor.

I am suffering with heel problem since 6, 7 months . What is the reason for this pain.
It can be either plantar fascitis, or calcanear spur. Though without seeing your feet and examining it properly, exact diagnosis can't be done. Still i'll give you some general suggestions. Don't wear heels, wear flats, if possible wear sandals/shoes made of mcr material, every morning as soon as you get up, before placing the feet on the ground, do some general up-down and sideways movement of feet, then take a tub filled with lukewarm water, add some salt in it, immerse your feet in it, and again do feet movements for 10-15 mins, then place a cloth or towel on the floor, place your feet over it and curl your toes, ie, bend your toes and relax, continuously for 20 times, then do calf muscles self stretching for sometime. All these will gradually reduce your problem. Visit a physiotherapist personally for some other treatments for pain relief.

According your required do physiotherapy treatment for few days. Posture correction must. Do stretching exercise after relief. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight.

You are diabetic. As you are coughing get an xray chest done.From discription of pain ,location of pain is not clear. Is it on back of rt side chest or rt side of lumer area.Can take paracetamol sos till diagnosis is clear.Location of pain will change the probable diagnosis.

Dear Sir I have been suffering from ankle feet pain in left leg since 2 month. The pain starts when I walk after sitting sometime. At start it pains high then comes down after 3-4 minute but little pain consistently remains. I am regular doing morning jogging around 2.5 km.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.
