Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hay loose stools can happen with so many conditions so please share since when, is it foul smell, is feverish, sticky/red seen in stools. If those due to indigestion/food allergy/. Yogurt tab will work well. Or else you need to consult in person as to maintain hydration with ors.

Some people have allergy to egg protein and when they eat egg they face problem of Stomach pain/ loose motion/ vomiting So you are having this problem because to Egg allergy so better to avoid taking egg and egg products

Hi Doc, I have n semi combination sensitive skin, I am suffering dull n tanned skin, while at home earlier it’s quit fair complexion but wen I was working my skin is getting pretty tanned, n three months later on I am going be marry can you help me out what should I have to do! This is because of sun exposure...The colour of ypur exposed body skin gets darker as compared to the covered areas..Use a good quality sunscreen when you go in the sun.Some foods encourage our skin to make the most of our time in the sun, while still others cause our skin to reject the sun’s rays.You should consume carrots.eggs,mangoes,cheese,spinach,tomatoes,apricot,plums and peaches,tender coconut,buttermilk.The food rich in antioxidants will add anatural glow to your skin and the free radicals available in these fight against the harmful sun rays.You may take few sessions of chemical peel to reduce tan.

Root canal therapy (RCT) followed by a crown is the most common mode of treatment for severely decayed teeth. However, this is not devoid of failure. In another case, if a tooth could not be salvaged by RCT, then extraction followed by a bridge (replacing the removed tooth with support from adjacent healthy teeth) became the next best option.

In both cases, especially latter, healthy teeth are being manipulated to support the tooth being replaced. The next quest was to work without touching the sound tooth. So, instead of taking support from adjacent teeth, thought was given to provide support from within the bone very similar to how a natural tooth stands. The lost root is replaced by a compatible metal, on which a tooth crown is then built. This was the beginning of dental implants, which has gained significant popularity over the last two to three decades.

Advantages:
1. Does not affect adjacent healthy teeth
2. Functionally better, as it has stronger support from the bone
3. More aesthetically appealing
4. Maintain facial bone and soft tissue structure
5. Better for the gum health compared to bridges
6. Easier oral hygiene practices

Mechanism:
A strong, biocompatible material is used to make screws, which are inserted into the bone. Titanium is the most preferred material, and because of its unique property of osseo-integration (fuses with the bone), it fuses with the bone to reduce bone loss after the tooth is gone. In most cases, the titanium screws, which act as the root for the implants are placed into the bone and allowed for some weeks to few months to fuse with the bone. Then, an interim crown may be used until the screw is ready to take on an implant. The screw is periodically monitored and once it is completely accepted, then an abutment is placed on it. This acts like a stump or a root, over which a crown will be placed.

Though most implants are done for replacing single teeth, in many cases, multiple teeth may be replaced using abutments. If the missing teeth are adjacent to each other or in the same quadrant, then a denture might be overlaid over the abutments. Alternately, a partial denture may be used which is screwed over an abutment.

Maintenance:
Regular brushing and flossing, rinsing and mouthwashing assume a greater significance in patients with implants. Also, regular visits to the dentist are a must.

Dental implants are a boon for missing teeth, with the various advantages. However, it is not for all, with excellent bone health being one of the prerequisites. A thorough dental examination will help determine if you are a right candidate. Visit your dentist to find out more.

4 months back when I was in office feel vomiting when spit small light coffee colored bleed after that lot of chest and stomach pain raises up and down heart beat got complete endoscopy checkup vocal cords normal pharnyx normal and in stomach inflamed scattered erosion report came like erosive gastropathy used medicine stomach problem some what better now but when spit in morning brush small amount of light coffee color bleed came from deep throat and right ear light pain visited Gastroenterology recently taken 4d ultra scan on complete abdomen report shown normal doctor suggested pantop hp kit please I want to know clear understand of my problem when I drunk or small whiskey it's irritates stomach.

Hi lybrate-user A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Dear friend it is very tough to deal with the head and heart conflict. It seems that you are quite independent minded and determined yet caring individual. I would strongly recommend you to work through your emotional as well as work stress wit someone such as counselor or a psychologist or even a life coach. Being in pune I am sire you will find someone competent very easily. What you need eight now is someone who can understand you and help you appreciate yourself. Once you will start talking to someone it will bring new and fresh perspective in your life and that will help you nevi gate successfully through your current life events. If you are open to work online and spend 1 hour each week for you and your personal growth and satisfaction. As a psychologist and life coach, and also as a woman whose mission is to support other women to help florist to their fullest I would do my best to help you be confident, happy and vibrant again. In the meanwhile following things may help you both inderstand nad manage stress. When our mind is hooked into past it is normal to have lot of negative thoughts and in turn feeling low. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. We have immense potential within us and we could tap into those one step at a time, one day at a time. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Let me. Know if you need any further help.
