I am 26 years, 50 kgs, 6 feet, during my teen age I started masturbation from 12 years & kept carrying it on 19 years age, in a day I used to do 3 to 4 times masturbation in a day. If I re-calculate it was found more than 2000 times I did masturbate during the said period. I was feeling very happy when I used to do this, but when I came to know its bad effects at 20 years age, I fully stopped it. But now it was very late for me to skip this bad habit. Becoz now I am 26 years in last 5 to 6 yrs. you believe me I didn't masturbate, but I am in a health problem, weight loss, skin problem, very loose skin just like an old man's skin. I was very fatty when I didn't start masturbation, even people used to call me strong person but masturbate killed me. Gradually I am reducing in weight more & more, unable to handle pressure, if it more, members of my family have intact body in comprising of my. Now my friends ask me to maintain my health, you can't believe me I eat more than my family not take spicy & outside food. But loose skin like an old is creating problem & stamina. 1 day my uncle who came out of city said me (abhi se tum itne kamzor ho, agar tumhari shadi karadi jaye to kya hoga). These sentences are terrifying me. Recently I got sperm analysis tested. I found my sperm count is 58 mg something. Other problems I want to share with you. 1) My working strength in compression of others are not good. 2) Skin (jhurriya) loose skin is biggest problem for me 3) Right side Testicle is dangle (zada loose hai) in compression of left side Testicle. Becoz I don't wear underwear, It is becoz of not wearing of underwear or masturbation 4) while sleeping 3 to 4 drops of sperm comes in night without any sexy dream & it happens 2 to 3 times in a week & gradually increasing & this problem is with me after leaving masturbation at the age of 19 yrs. 5) mucus on poop is seen in a week. I went some of the doctors who said they are sexologist shared my problem with them after some medicines & they said masturbation has created bad impact on your liver & intestine. Firstly you should take medicines of liver then go for loose penis problem. Then I started taking medicines but not found good result. I spent my money too. I need your suggestion. Should I go to any Gastrologist firstly related liver problem then go to sexologist. Becoz I too realize that my sex problem can be recovered once my liver, intestine are fully recovered. & main problem which I want to know that power which I lost after more than 2500 masturbation in teen age. Can I get the same power or not becoz at the age of 26 years I look 40 yrs. Becoz my mother say kuch new kapde banao, smart bano, is age pe jaisa aadmi dikhte ho. Really you can't realize the situation which I am facing on daily basis. I am afraid to meet Doctor but I want my proper problem should be windup. please suggest.

• Drink a lot of water, Water is the ultimate energy giving drink. Drink lots of water as you sweat a lot during summer, hence, your body needs more water to flush out the toxins.
• Drink coconut water or sugarcane juice, as both the drinks are natural and the best antidote for summer.
• Avoid going out in the sun. Don’t step out of the house between 12 to 4 in the noon as the sun is at its peak temperature during this time.
• Drink a lot of fresh fruit juices and glucose; they will keep you going throughout the day.
• Wear loose cotton clothes like kurtis and leggings.
