Hello, Do the below exercises to improve your eye sight :- Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening Eye muscles: -Begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -Hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -Concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -Sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -Sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -One helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Take 7 almonds Add 2 tsp fennel seeds Add 1 tsp sugar candy Crush the mixture Add 1 tsp of this mixture to 1 glass warm milk Drink this at bedtime After having this, do not drink anything for 2 hr 2. Take 1 cup warm milk Add ½ tsp liquorice powder Add ¼ tsp clarified butter Add 1 tsp honey Mix well Drink this every day For better results, drink it at bedtime Continue this for 3 months.

You need to go for a detailed check up again. Could be allergic angioedema which is of no trouble. Anyway check up and inform me.

I have eye pain. In sunlight I cannot see anything clearly and headache also starts even I am using day and night lenses. Some dark type circles are there in my iris. Sir please do suggest me something.

Some people are naturally more sensitive to light, particularly sunlight. Use dark glasses in the day (not day night glasses) and lubricating eye drops. You should feel better.

I am 40 years male, My right eye gets blank for about 10-20 sec when I raise from bed. Have consulted the doctor they had brain scanned every thing normal. They found CSF opening pressure more than 30. Used Diamox 250mg for 6 months now CSF pressure is also normal. Still my problem is not solved. Please advise.

From past 20 days I'm getting frequent headache every evening the pain starts from around or behind the eyes and goes from temple region to neck. I have minor eyes sight and I do desk job. Now this is increasing. Can you suggest this symptoms relates to. I would be really thankful.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

There are various causes of red eye however most common will be conjunctivitis which may be allergic or infectious. Will start treatment empirically on the line of infection start eye drops vigamox 6 times a day eye drops genteal four times a day however other causes of red eyes has to be rule out like allergic, glaucoma, foreign body, uveitis dry eyes, blepharitis. Kindly consult a ophthalmologist.

Pain nd watering of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are 1.Eye Allergy due to dust,Pollution,infection 2.Weak Eyesight 3.Continuous watching TV,Mobile,computor in dim light 4.Any eye injury 5.Lack of sleep 6.Continuous headache 7.Hypertension. So,my suggestion for you is either you give details of your eye watering reasons or visit a local doctor for an eye check up as a final examination can only be made after physical examination.

I am 31 years old female and suffering from migraine pain and severe headache oftenly. VASOGAIN and Crocin doesnt work on me its 15 years old pain. My eye sight is 0.50/0.50 each eye. Nimulid is just to relieve your pain and I will suggest you For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and we can start with tablet propranolol on a daily basis after personal examination

The symptoms described by you indicate that you are suffering from eye allergy and infection due to contact lens use. It would be a good idea to start using lubricant eye drops every hour (use preservative free genteal eye drops or any other preservative free eye drops). Along with these, start an antibiotic eye drop (4 to 5 times daily). Keep washing your eyes with clean hands and clean water repeatedly (4 to 5 times in a day). It would be better to discontinue the contact lens use at least for sometime. Contact lens induced hypersensitivity/ allergy/ infection has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few: (1) it may be caused due to over wear (use for more than 6-7 hours at a stretch) (2) overnight wear of contact lens. (3) improper hygiene of the contact lens. If handled with dirty hands, contact lens associated infection/ allergy may occur. Thus, hands must be thoroughly washed before handling contact lens. (4) likewise, the contact lens cleaning solution, if not handled properly, may cause major eye problems. It should not be used beyond its expiry date. Nor should it be over used (using the same fluid for 2-3 days!) (5) using contact lens beyond expiry date (this being the cause in your case) now, the first thing you should start with is discontinue the contact lens usage. Subsequently, just go through the points mentioned by me. If you match any of the mentioned points, rectify them. You might want to consider changing the contact lens pair that you are currently using and start with a fresh pair. Take care.
