1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

apply mahabringaraj tail regularly. hair masks : eggmask: apply egg white n lime juice on your scalp leave it for 20 mins and rinse off . similarly to egg white u can also add olive oil based on your scalp requirement. u can also apply paste of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in water . apart from this take care of your diet and lifestyle. cos these both play an imp role in general well being ... improper diet n lifestyle can lead to hairfall...and also hairfall can be a result of certain other diseases. have a good sleep. stay hydrated. take lots of fruits and vegetables.

Dear........ Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , You can also take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Or take tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal.

Mr. Lybrate-user, tsh 5.1 mlunits/l is with in the normal range. There is hypothyroidism. Along with tsh, t3 & t4 values are also important.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking recommended a video consultation.

Don't try to board two boats at a time. If you enjoy smoking, continue to do the same but with a slight added attention. Whenever you are about to smoke, just be aware of the whole process, right from feeling it between your fingers-putting it between your lips with attention on tobacco smell- to lighting it and most importantly being aware of smoke entering your mouth and filling up your lungs, also see the picture of smoker's lung picture on the cigarette box at the same time!

-Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

Hello... For fast growth of the body you need to take high fiber and carbs in diet... Eat all fresh pulpy fruits and green veges.. Salad is also rich i n fiber........ Whole wheat grain, whole wheat bread, oats all are good........ Avocados, banana all are good for weight gain......... Protein is also good for you.. Take protein shakes, soyabean, soya milk, full cream milk......... If you are non veg then you can eat 2 boiled eggs daily.. Chicken or mutton are also good........ You can gym also for growth of the body..... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa Alfa malt ( 2 spoons twice a day half an hr before every meal )... Update me after 15 days for follow up...... Hi, Myself. I am 30 years old working professional. Weight 81 kg and height 5 feet, 8 inches. According ro standards I am over weight by approx 6 kg and really want to reduce my weight.
