Mr. lybrate-user you are suffering with extra pulmonary tuberculosis so in my opinion you should go to your dto of your district hhospital there you will get complete treatment with drug for 6 month.

Size is not at all a problem if you are able to do a good foreplay with years partner and keep her happy physically All medicines have side effects you seem to be very much stressed.(for years stress you must engage in some form or yoga or relaxation/meditation daily) Try this for PE it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner that required. Maintain a low speed and keep on taking deep breathes (when you penetrate) and stop for 30 seconds if you feel like ejaculating. U can practise this process while you masturbate, to gain confidence & remember that you need to enjoy the process and keep taking slow deep breathes. I would also suggest you to engage in some form of relaxation or yoga, to relieve your anxiety symptoms. Anxiety is another cause of PE. Engaging more in oral sex, without touching each others' genitals also helps in setting up the relaxation mode. Then you can go for penetration without much anxiety. Hi doctor I have a problem of sweating in my hands which cause a lot of trouble in my day to day tasks please help.

HI Lybrate User, You can't prevent sweating. Your body needs it to keep you cool, but if you're getting drenched every time you go outside on a warm day, try using a clinical-strength antiperspirant deodorant that blocks sweating and helps prevent body odour. You can also wear lightweight natural fabrics to help stay dry. Exercise indoors in a cool place so you don't sweat so much. If you prefer to exercise outdoors, do it in the morning or late afternoon when it's not so hot outside. Remember, when you sweat you're losing fluids. So drink plenty of water or a sports drink before, during, and after your exercise routine. He simplest thing to do is to cut down or stop eating spicy foods. Sweating while you eat may also be a side effect of salivary gland or neck surgery, which botulinum toxin injections can sometimes treat. If alcohol is making you sweat and you can't stop drinking on your own, ask your doctor about help cutting back. Quitting smoking is the best solution, and it can also reduce your risks of cancer, heart disease and stroke. Talk to your GP or pharmacist about help stopping smoking so you can quit for good. Wear light, breathable fabrics. Cool off with a refreshing shower or bath. Drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

If you are having breathing problems only in night and you r alright in daytime, you might be suffering from a condition known as obstructive sleep apnoea contributed by obstruction in your airway, kindly get yourself examined and get the cause identifies. Self medication is not advisable as it may not treat the actual cause.

Chickenpox is characterised by pleomorphic rashes (means different type of rashes present at the same time). You will have fever, headache, throat pain, itching. Some cases it can cause pneumonia, encephalitis. Chickenpox can be prevented by taking vaccine which is available in india. Avoid contacts with infected persons. It spreads through droplet so patient should use mask.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Dear lybrate user Usually low bp is not much of a problem because it can be corrected if you have lot of liquids in your diet and coffee etc. If you are not suffering from symptoms like weakness lethargy then nothig to worry about

You have early release of sperms during sex. I advise you to do kegel exercises daily. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet.
