Sir, I would suggest you to take some precautions like avoid overeating, take a brief walk after dinner, take plenty of fluids and try to sleep with your head end raised. It will help to reduce your problems. But in case it persists, I would advise you to visit a doctor personally.

I am a diabetic, taking glyciphage-500 mg. Yesterday I undergone lipid and hba1c tests. The levels are as follows. 1) hba1c-6.00% 2) s. Cholesterol -201 mgs/dl 3) s. Triglycerides-140 mgs/dl 4) hdl-36 mgs/dl 5) ldl-137 mgs/dl 6) vldl-28 mgs/dl shall I start medicines for cholesterol or any tips to control these levels. Following Simple Healthy Heart Ways can help you keep heart disease at bay:

1. Drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day, depending on your body weight.
2. Get your fill of essential fatty acids - raw nuts and/or seeds are a good source of Omega-3 and Omega-6. These are essential because humans can’t manufacture them within the body.
3. Eat high-quality proteins. Seafood, eggs, beans, chicken, mutton etc are excellent sources. Vegetarians can and obtain Proteins from grains, sprouted grains, raw nuts and raw seeds esp. soya.

According to your letter, you are surely facing acidity problem. Not heart problem. Make proper changes in your diet and water intake. Drink atleast 3 to 4 bottles of normal room temperature water daily. Drinking cold water can cause acidity. Chew your food properly. If food is not properly, slowly chewed in mouth, it remains undigested causing acidity and gas. Both painful. Eat good heavy breakfast and lunch and keep dinner early (before 8 pm) and light and small meals. This should change your health positively very soon.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4.Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5.Do Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6.Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7.Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Takecrocin Advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your BP, take ECG, X ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

There is no medicine given for controlling blood sugar that raises blood pressure to that level. Check your blood pressure again probably 2 to 3 times a week. If the readings are peristently high then you will need treatment for the same. Meanwhile, reduce salt intake in your diet, have a regular brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes daily and increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Hair fall indicates your health is down. One needs 3-4 liters of water in a day. If every thing is right hunger is there and u can eat 2-3 times in a day. Normal heart rate is 72 beats /min.

I guess you are suffering from pericardial effusion as per your description. If its mild then it can be managed with analgesic or antiinflamatory medicine. If its large amount then you need to show to a cardiologist who can draw the fluid and also do tests to find out the cause and advise you the treatment. Thank you.

You do not have too high BP and and both reading should be told to advise. You can do a TMT to decide if you can do exertion ad if ther is any heart issue /.You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7.
