Aging is not just a matter of your skin care regimen and the products that you use. If you are using path breaking products and ignoring your diet and exercise routine, then you are setting yourself up for premature aging, despite the best and most expensive treatments. A poor diet on a constant basis over a period of many months and years can cause irreparable damage to the delicate skin of your face as well as the other parts of your body. So find out about the six kinds of food that may be aging you.

  1. Sugar: This may not come as such a surprise. The next time you decide to reach out for a fistful of candy or chocolates, think about the effect it may have on your skin and its elasticity. A sugar overdose can start a process that doctors’ term as glycation. This usually happens when you end up ingesting more sugar than the cells of your body can handle, process or even accommodate. In this process, there is a production of advanced glycation end products which can damage the collagen of your skin. Collagen is the element which renders youth and elasticity to your skin.   2. Alcohol: The dehydrating effect of alcohol is well known to everyone. The body takes a long time to break down alcohol, which means that the effect lasts longer. So if you have been persistently ingesting large amounts of alcohol on an almost daily basis, then you will need to think of the effect that all the dehydration is having on your skin which can give rise to premature wrinkles and lines.
  3. Charred Meat: If you are a fan of smoked steak and meat dishes, then you will need to read this point. The inflamed hydrocarbons breaks down the precious collagen present in the skin even as it makes your face and skin look puffy due to the effect of inflammation. Also, this may contaminate your next meal, so remember to clean up the grill properly.
  4. Salt: Excessive consumption of salt can lead to many problems for the body and the skin as well. It causes the body to retain excess water which can give you a bloated look. You can use a caffeine based moisturiser for a quick release of excess fluids in such cases.
  5. Processed Food: Packaged and processed food that has been frozen with preservatives and excess salt for a long time can harm your skin by stripping away the mineral and nutrient reserve that is usually replenished with right eating.
  6. Spicy Food: The skin reacts to constant ingestion of spicy food as this dilates the blood vessels and leaves the skin looking blotchy.

Hello 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hi, dark circles appear darker on fair skin. You should, -put cucumber slices on your eyes whenever you are sitting free. -drink more water -apply an under eye cream nicely, before going to sleep, every night. -moisturise your skin if it appears dry. -follow cleansing toning and moisturising regimen. Add mild scrubbing 2-3 times aweek. -always wear sun glasses that cover your under eye, before going out.

Milk 3 tblsp •Lemon Juice 1 tblsp •Tumeric (a pinch off) Preparation: Make the paste of all the above ingredients. Apply on the face till and allow to dry. Wash with cold water. This home remedy is very effective for getting fair and glowing skin naturally at home.

Increase your plate size.Eat more food. more frequently.Use whole cream milk.Use weight gainer supplement.Add more ghee,cream,butter,cheese with food.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Add more healthy fat in cooking.Take more almond,cashew,walnut,flax seed,sunflower seed.No water before or during meals.Sleep for 7-8 hours and lead an active life.

Pimples are a normal skin condition that affect many people. Pimples are an inflammation of the skin in which the sebaceous glands (oil glands) become infected with bacteria, swell up, and fill with pus. There are a lot of lotions and medicines on the market to treat pimples but they can take time. Many natural methods are effective in treating pimples within a very short time period steam steaming is wonderful for your skin at any time, but particularly when you have pimples. The steam will open your pores and allow your skin to breathe. This helps get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation. 1. Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and, after drying, apply an oil-free moisturizer garlic garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples. 1. Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces. 2. Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water. 3. Repeat the treatment several times a day. Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach. Papaya fruit has a number of properties that help in the treatment of pimples. It is a good source of the antioxidant vitamin a, and it has enzymes that help reduce inflammation and make your skin soft and smooth crush raw papaya pieces to extract its juice and apply it over the pimples. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off to make a exfoliating face mask, mash some papaya pieces and add a little honey. Apply this paste on your face and massage gently. I find that your bmi is 20.54 which is average. So having tension. But you telling some infection including jaundice. Have to got all tests? oher wise pl take healthy good nutritive foods to be healthy, fit & good immunity. Take 50% carbohydrate like rice/chapati & 68 gm good qiuality animal protien. Fresh water, morning walk, less oil & no out side fast foods/junk take a complete diet chart.
