If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Headache could be due to -- sinusitis, stress, cold, migraine, vision problem, high bp. Get your vision checked and blood pressure checked too. Xray pns view to rule out sinusitis. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Steam inhalation twice daily if nasal congestion. Take adequate rest. Eat healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps you. If required, consult.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

If the bend is severe you show a surgeon. THe early ejacualtio is due to over excitement and once you're married it will be normal.

Dear lybrate-user if you r sitting on long hrs on computer this may b the reason for your dry eyes. In that case balance your computer sitting time with out door activities. Use refresh tear eye drops as normal rate of blinking is reduced leading to dry eye. Get complete eye check up use anti glare glasses if your vision is not normal. All these measures will help you to get rid of this problem.

7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull better to sleep 6-7 hour in a day not less and not more I thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Hi, Please keep your blood sugar levels well under control by taking medicines regularly, visiting your doctor for follow up at regular intervals, and taking strict diabetic diet as you have a high risk of landing up with kidney failure. Your creatinine levels have crossed the normal range and better be very careful and follow the advise of your treating doctor sincerely who will guide and treat you properly.
