Hi,your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Hello- here are 8 muscle-building diet essentials! 1 egg whites there's a reason why every successful bodybuilder in the world incorporates egg whites into their diet. With a protein to fat ratio of 60: 1, egg whites are unquestionably one of the purest forms of protein in the world. 2 chicken/turkey to pack on pounds of serious muscle, lean meats such as chicken and turkey breasts should be a staple in every bodybuilder's diet. Aside from providing an excellent source of high quality protein, they are also extremely low in saturated and trans fats. 3 fish although the recurring theme so far has been to eat foods that are low in fat, fish is one exception to this rule. I am a 35 years old man. I am suffering from pain over the whole body including head, neck, shoulders, arms, palm, back, thighs, calf and ankles. Whenever any part of my body aches I gets stressed and worry for a long time about the same. My blood sugar, lipid profile, uric acid are within normal limits. My doctor has prescribed Epalrica MP once daily after dinner for one month. I have learn that it is used to treat diabetic neuropathy. As my blood sugar is within normal limits is it the right medicine for my condition?

Frankly I don't see any role of Epalrica for you. You are suffering from Anxiety neurosis probably. Instead of worrying, join laughter class, read books, listen to music, go for walk, play sports. You will feel better if you open your mind often to a friend. Take a break, for a holiday and spend time with family and friends without any objective.

Add in your food carbohydrates proteins vitamins green vegetables and milk. Do some aerobic exercises, yoga learn from guru prosup protein powder 1 spoon in a cup of milk with breakfast and 1 cup after dinner. For medicinal advice ask privetly.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Kindly take, ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Apply mahamasha thailam, over whole body and do gentle massage on alternate days, before bath. Avoid cold eatables in your routine like cold water etc. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck

I feel nausea every time like when I'm about to eat something or else like after dinner, this feeling is really annoying. I've gone literally insane over this problem, even water makes me feel this way Is this something severe? Cause I really can't stand this.

The cause of your problem may be either hyper acidity or intestinal worms. Avoid spicy food and food rich in oil. Take more fluids. Get your stool examined for ova and cyst. If found then you have to take medicines for intestinal worms. Follow these steps. If the problem continues then again contact us.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. Lot of water and liquids like butter milk, coconut water, black tea, green tea to keep hydrate body. My suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan.

Does protein supplements triggers gout (uric acid? And does uric acid makes extreme fatigue?
Main triggering factors of gout are obesity ,alcohol intake and purine rich foods like red meat and fish, if your uric acid is increased you should restrict your protein intake and drink lots of water. If suffering from extreme fatigue get your bld sugar levels and kidney function test done.
