It's a very good choice that you are not going for supplement its not about money its about your health because these supplements making companies never tell the truth about these medicines neither the people who are selling or the coaches who prescribe the supplements will never tell the dark truth of these hazardous supplements. I have seen so many cases including cancer. The most common cancer is bone cancer. Just because regular use of supplements. If you are doing gym do it regularly. The best natural remedy to take care of your muscles and its wear and tear of your muscles is turmeric in hindi it is called haldi. Now you have to take 70 ml water and put half tablespoon haldi in it and boil it for 5 to 8 minutes and you have to drink this herbal tea twice a day in morning and late evening and 1 cup green tea in early evening if you are consuming these 2 things regularly then you can do gym without any second thoughts coming to use supplements. Note: make sure the turmeric powder which you are using is very pure and hygienic I am saying this because nowadays a lot of adulteration is being done with market products I would advise bring a haldi piece in your house and make a powder yourself in your kitchen.

My weight will lose and I am became thinner. please tell me. How to build my body up.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Regular exercise and healthy diet will help you to gain weight. Eat extra foods. Do not skip meals. Eat dense fruits, vegetables. Add cream with tea/coffee. Take more fish, egg, meat. Add extra healthy fat in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day

Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Choose nutrient-rich foods. Try smoothies and shakes. Watch when you drink. Make every bite count. Top it off. Have an occasional treat. Exercise.

Milk itself is super healthy because it contains all the required nutrients in balance amount. Simply get cows A2 milk which is safe compared to A1 milk. Do not add artificial powders to milk.
