Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get cbc checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hi my name is yellagi I want to increase my weight and height also give some very useful tips.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

YES, sudden gain in weight is a sign of incoming hormonal problems and it could be thyroid disease or other hormonal imbalance problems like PCOD........It would be best to control weight by use of exercises ( cardiovascular exercises, which are done in GYM under supervision of a trained gYM instructor and physician guidance ) ,....... diet also plays a major part, so meet a dietitian with your intake chart of 3 days so that things can be planned as per your eating habits and work pattern....... YOu can try to conceive for a few months and see, if you cant, then you should seek the consultation and treatment of gynecologist to help you conceive

Masturbation is not harmful but if you over masturbate then it always harm your body. As you write above your problem, so this is due to lack of energy. You should take high protein diet, take proper rest and do regular exercise. Avoid alcohol and smoking. You will feel better. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi the problem aid pcos is irregular periods due to ovulation not happening. But there can be a random ovulation and the possibility of pregnancy is always there. So if yu hv misd yur period you cud definitely first check by doing a home pregnancy kit test. Dryness of vagina is a very common symptom in patients wid cos. Do not worry about that. As far as conception is concerned. Do not worry. Have yu done any tests for you and your husband. Pls let me know. We can discuss further.

I am a divorcee with one son. I am working in night shift. Recently diagnosed of asthma, thyroid and weight increase. I always think one or the other thing. Lots of things keep on going. Financially. Mentally. I think to do suicide. I got mood swings. noon cares. People do take me for granted. They talk rubbish about me. Can not leave job because of finance. I always get tired. You can avoid overeating by having a control upon your mind.Over eating is the reason of pain in your stomach.Our body requires rest to rejuvenate itself and so we sleep ,in the same way our tomach also want rest so a to digest the food you have eaten,but you are going on putting inside the raw material and by this way stomach gets exhausted and express itself with pain.So try to control your overeating habit and try to take 3 mealss a day with nothing inbetween,and taking a light dinner 1 hour before going to ssleep. Avoid exercising the muscles around the hernia. For instance, if you have an abdominal hernia, don't do crunches. This could make your hernia worse or even cause more hernias to break through the tissue. Exerting and straining yourself to lift heavy weights should be completely avoided. Avoid exercise that stretches or pulls abdominal muscles for at least two weeks, then begin with light resistance training. You can resume core strength training after about four weeks.
