I have pain like a back pain which starts from my right butt to down may I know the reason? I used to sit and work for more than 9 hours but I don't think it causes pain from my right butt, I can't bend front properly can't lift my right leg straight in sleeping position.

These are signs and symptoms of nerve compression. Get mri of your ls spine. There are chances that you have slipped disc. Till then. Take complete bed rest for 7 days. Do not bend forward use firm bed do not lift weight do log rolling while getting up from bed some medicines to reduce swelling and regenerate nerve will help.

U should take an mri of knee. Take rest. If mri reveals any issue you will require a local (knee) treatment.

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti, localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Me and my wife is plan for a baby but from last one year we can't complete our plan, here I want to confirm one thing that my wife have always some issue with his health like period is always delay always she ask for pain in his legs and the most important is she face a issue of vaginal infection. Irregular periods may create leg pain. Address such issue. Irregular periods may be due to overweight, hormonal imbalance, stress, lack of physical activity, having too much of fat contents. Check for above issues and get proper advice or treatments. For vaginal infection have lemon or mosambi juices regularly, it's for you also. Follow hygienic sexual life and hygenic inner wears. Walk atleast 30 minutes per day for you both. * your weight is also seem to be more it may also create issues. Thank you bro. Wish you a health baby soon.

Shoulder pain k liye This next exercise is also one I find myself regularly giving to most of my classical sub acromial pain patients (I don't use impingement as I think it's a misleading term and not a diagnosis). I usually give this exercise when the patient has a clear reduction in pain with the use of the Scapular Assistance Test as described by Jeremy Lewis (source) or in those that I think have poor scapular movement, although links to scapular position and movement causing pain and pathology is tenuous (see Chris Littlewoods piece on this here), as is our ability to spot it. However, most people I see with classical sub acromial pain tend to have weak posterior shoulder muscles and this is a great exercise to start addressing this. The prone Y lift is simply done by lying on your front, on a bed or bench, with your arm hanging over the edge, then lift the arm up and out to raise it above your head, and I like to instruct that the thumb is on top pointing upwards to ensure the shoulder is in external rotation (see image below). Again as with the isometrics the exact angle of the lift can be varied, but for best results the research says 120° of abduction produces the stongest contraction in the supraspinatus (source) and upper/lower trapezius muscles (source). I also place a big emphasis on the eccentric action of this an most all other shoulder exercises. Eccentrics are known to produce higher forces in musculotendious units than concentric actions and maintain or increase myofibril length, all essential and positive effects of rehab.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, Good initiative towards fitness! Its normal to have little pain after lunges but be regular. It might be your technique of lunge is wrong or you are not doing proper stretching and warm before doing lunges. There are no side effects of lunges if done correctly so I am suggesting some pointers. 1) while performing a lunge try to keep your knees aligned over your second toe so that the knee is moving in the same direction as the ankle joint. However, in reality we often find the knee translating (moving) forward to the toes or beyond in a squat or lunge movement. The reason for this can be attributed to the length of leg bones (tibia/fibula or femur). 2) During lunge or squat movements, we should always emphasize beginning the movement by pushing the hips backwards before they lower towards the floor. 3) In some instances we’ve seen trainers recommend keeping the back as vertical as possible which is problematic. 4) Do proper stretching exercises before doing lunges and squats. 5) Watch your technique in the mirror, the next time you lunge. Place your hands on your hips or in the small of your back and perform your lunge. If you notice any forward tilting in your hips or an increase in the curvature of your low back, you are compromising lumbar stability. Try this pointer and improve your exercise technique. If still pain persists, check with orthopedician or physiotherapist or follow up with me. Thanks.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
