Pain deep in the pelvis (vagina & associate organs are actually withn the pelvic cavity) can be due to various reason. I you are married per-vaginal exam may give some clue or go for mri lower abdomen-pelvis for a pin point diagnosis. Meanwhile you can try painkiller & antibiotic-anifungal complete course. Consult a gynaecologist. Thanks.

If you had intercourse even once, hymen is already ruptured. She may be having pain at the time of intercourse, which will go after some time. You can use vlg gel i. E. Vaginal lubricating gel at the time of sex to prevent pain for her. Having pain at the time of sex, does not mean that her hymen is not ruptured.

I've been married for 1 year and not using protection for a month now. The due date for my periods was on 10th March. Menses are always regular for me with heavy flow. But this month I passed due date and on 12th March I can hardly see two to three droplets of blood. Iam not sure if this is periods or not? Could this be any sign of pregnancy?

Some time due to hormone upset dates may change by one or two days or more. But since you were not using any protection it is better to do a pregnancy checkup at home.

Unwanted 72 usually leads to that kind of bleeding. But if bleeding is not proper pls go for a pregnancy test if she misses her regular date.

The way you are describing, it doesnot seem to be pregnancy, still you can undergo ultrasonography of pelvis once for better diagnosis. Being 40+ in age it may be pre-menopausal effect so kindly undergo better medical attention if you want to plan a pregnancy, as already your gynecological reports are not normal (as your right tube is blocked). You can share all your reports till date and how much homeopathy can help you in this case can also be explained to you incase you wish to undergo homeopathic medications.

Hi. My name is chaitu iam 25yrs old. Last year I got married. Since from four months I and my partner are trying for a baby. But the result is negative. I have a polycystic ovary syndrome. I consulted doctor about this. They suggested ayurvedic medicine. But no use. The most important thing is I have never missed my periods. I always have regular periods of 28days cycle. Can you please help me?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist,
You try for pregnancy in middle of the cycle I. E. From 8th to18 th day of cycle, this is your fertile period and so many other tests. Give yourself some more time of say 8months. Even then if you are not able to conceive, then go to a gynaecologist.
