Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

I am 35 years old suffering with severe knee pain (right &left) with swelling some times, I have shown to a doctor after he observe the x-ray report it was osteo ortharities. Can you help me in this regard?

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi lybrate user, present of pimples over back is due to extra heat in your body. First of all avoid junk, spicy & oily food. Drink lots of water, juicy fruits & salad. Realese stress from your mind and do regular exercise. Apply paste of multani mitti on your back atleast 15 min before bath. Take triphla churn 1tsp with lukewarm water at the time of sleep. Drink 30ml amla juice & 30 ml giloy juice early in morning.

My overall routine has changed I sleep around 3-4 and wake up at 11-12. I feel a little weakish and can't really end up doing physical activities for long . If you could please suggest the remedies and some points to improve my concentration in studies.

Hi, if you will continue to sleep late and wake up late, slowly your metabolism will drop and so will your energy. It might also affect you health and concentration. I would advise you to change your studies time and rather start studying early morning.

Go for urine pregnancy test. If you are breast feeding your baby, your menstruation can be delayed. If you have low hb%, this condition may occur. Take iron, calcium and vitamin c rich food. But if you don't get menstruation for more than a year, visit a gynaecologist.

Good afternoon, There are unfortunately NO tests for assessing the pain or the tingling sensation in your body. However, ​if you would like you may undergo a nerve conduction study and find out the way in which your nerves function. With regards to your condition regarding restlessness and palpitation, if your cardiac evaluation is normal, you should need a thorough neuropsychiatric evaluation which will also help in your tingling and pain sensations​.
