Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Make some ergonomic adjustments. Position your computer monitor at eye level so you can see it easily. Use the hands-free function on your phone or wear a headset. Prop your touch-screen tablet on a pillow so that it sits at a 45° angle, instead of lying flat on your lap.
If you wear glasses, keep your prescription up to date.
Don’t use too many pillows.
Know your limits.
Get a good night’s sleep.

Dear lybrate user as per your description you are having lumbar spondylitis due to disc bulge or disc protrusion. Surgery is the very last option, you have not mention your correct age, I hope it is not 10 yrs. First of all if it is not very severe start doing bhujang - asana, tad-asana, surya- namaskar, if you cannoy do all the steps of surya namskar, you can skip few, as per your body says. Apply medicated oil on your back and do hot fomentation. Your you are having constipation, take 1 spoon of castor oil with milk at night. Consult for proper medication.

Answer for my mother she is having pain in heels for past 6 months, painkillers is only giving slight relief reasons are unknown pls do answer. She had undergone under rigorous medicine and injection by orthopedics specialist by no relief only temporary. Pls provide possible reasons and solutions if any.

Hello Lybrate user. She might be having plantar fascitis start contrast bath. Immersed foot in hot water (check the temperature according which she able to keep foot in hot water) keep for 3 min n now put in another bucket if cold water for 1 min. Repeat the process 6 time at a time .wear a soft cushions shoes or footwear's.finally start doing calf n fascia stretch. Will definitely help u. Thanks.
