Hye, thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss or increasing metabolism. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like specific foods don't help weight loss or metabolism. Some foods claiming to boost metabolism actually help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and thus metabolism. This will aid in your efforts to lose weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eating smaller frequent meals actually help increase metabolism and aid fat loss. Eating local seasonal foods is always helpful. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Any strength training workout will do. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your honey lime water or green tea or apple cider vinegar but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use pillow under the knee. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

U take modified diet. N high calorie n high protein. You can take dal prantha, sprouts, sprouted parantha, poha in brkfst. Take proper diet. Place of rice, dal, roti you take veg khichdi or veg dalia. Take more dal n veg n roti n rice r less.

Hi, you can think of having homoeopathic medicines which are very much safe to take without causing any harm to your body! heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, which is also called menorrhagia, can occur to any menstruating woman. It can also cause serious health problem such as iron-deficiency anemia. In order to stop heavy menstrual bleeding naturally, you can try different types of home remedies and making changes to your diet. Home remedies: -cinnamon, which you may use in cooking or baking, is also a well-known spice that may provide relief from heavy bleeding. Incorporate more cinnamon into your diet or take it alone to help calm the uterus and prevent heavy bleeding. Try mixing one cup of hot water with three teaspoon of powdered cinnamon and take it every thirty minutes during your menstrual cycle. -wash 2 cups of raspberry leaves and bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Strain and enjoy one cup up to three times a day. -placing an ice pack on your abdomen may reduce bleeding (no more than 20 minutes). It may also alleviate pain and swelling. -choose healthy and nutrient dense foods such as proteins including nuts, iron rich foods like dark green leafy vegetables, and dairy products like yogurt or cheese for calcium. Green beans contain high fiber and are enriched with vitamin b, which prevents abdominal cramps. Choose breads and grains that are fortified with iron, vitamin b, fiber and protein. Eat vegetables such as broccoli, kale, sweet potatoes, and spinach to help you get iron, calcium, and vitamin c. Eat fruits such as oranges and strawberries for vitamin c. Prunes and dried apricots are a good source of iron. Medication: take hamamelis q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses. And for rest of the days, take five phos. And alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back. Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

its a worrying situation you are into. But its quite manageable too. If you cud give some more details like ggtp and or supporting endoscopic report it would be more beneficial. The liver enzymes are a bit high. But you should also take a look at resting metabolism. If you think I can help consult me in person.

To move the teeth inward you need to visit an orthodontist. He will check and see whether you need braces or without that can your problem be cured.

She is post graduate and a house wife but not comfortable with new people. Always see herself very low as she can not speak English fluently. She always avoid the new people to meet. Always try to find out the faults in others and in me too. I think she is under depression and sometimes she start crying on a very small fights with me. She does not reply to my parents even having so many complaints and always tells me about them. She is under highly depression. What to do? Please suggest.

Without a professional diagnosis it is not correct to say that your wife has depression. First get her to see a psychiatrist and a counsellor to get a diagnosis and any treatment if needed. Mild and moderate depression can be treated a with counselling and lifestyle changes only. 1. Since you mentioned that she feels shy to talk because she doesn't know English, then grooming her English would be a good idea. Maybe someone can come home to teach her or some books will teach her the basics and then as she becomes more confident, she can go to common group classes where conversational English is taught. 2. She seems to be picking faults in others, because she's so aware of her own shortcomings. But to acknowledge and acept them openly is so difficult. Thus finding faults in others to raise your own self esteem is a common strategy that most people use. 3. As her caring husband, you could show her your loving care without any comparison or fault finding. She might be feeling lonely as she's not meeting many people. Arguing and fighting will make situation worse only. Tell her that you care for her and want her to enjoy her life. Ask her what she wants to do about her problem. Living in isolation is a short cut method meant. To relieve anxiety and will not work out in the longer ŕun. 4. Invite people who are considerate of her condition and do not make fun of her. Take her to see English movies with subtitles when she's picked up some language. Slow exposure will help her gain mastery over the language. 5. Praise her when ever she achieves something. Encourage her when ever she makes a mistake. Scolding and punishing has negative effect. 6. Try to see her point of view wrt your parents. Don't try to be the mediator by taking sides. It is best that she talks to them about her problems in an assertive manner and seeks solutions.

If cavity is not deep or there is no pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then go for restoration (filling) but if cavity is deep or there is pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then first get the X-RAY done of that tooth and send me the X-RAY picture for further diagnosis... I advice you go for scaling (professional tooth cleaning) to remove the extrinsic stains and then polishing and then bleaching (tooth whitening) so as to remove the intrinsic stains and improves the tooth shade.

1) have sweetened warm milk with jayphal at night. 2) apply cow ghee on soles of feet. 3) have a warm water bath before sleeping. 4) stop watching tv at least 3 hrs before sleep. 5) go to bed before 10 pm. 6) don't have tea/ coffee/ alcohol after 7 pm. 7) have early & light meals 8) go for shirodhara at a panchakarma centre near u. These all will help you sleep.

Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

For getting a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and I will suggest you to not take any kind of medicine for the same.

Cut down soda & junk food to a huge minimal. -drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water daily. Drink 2 glasses of water before a meal to curb your appetite. -eat lots of fresh veggies & fruits -take the stairs when you can. -heavy deep breathing. -b 12 vitamins help promote weight loss I also took a fat burning supplement called simerex-ex with ephedra extract. A lot of people are against'diet pills, however this supplement helped me to lose weight, gain energy, & help with regular bowel movements. There is no miracle cure. Losing weight takes discipline & hard work. It doesn't have to be torture though!
