A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I'm a 22 years old male. I had burning sensations and pain in my stomach. I took medications for it. The burning sensation and the pain are gone but I feel burning sensation in my esophagus and when I swallow food/water, sometimes I feel like something is stuck in my esophagus. The burning sensation is only when I eat spicy food or food with chillies. I took medications for stomach ulcer for 3-4 months. Plus I can see some ulcer in my throat. Hi from your query it seems you suffering from gastric ulcer and gerd. GERD is a digestive disorder that affects the lower esophageal sphincter and the return of the stomach contents back up in to the esophagus. Heartburn, also called acid indigestion, is the most common symptom of GERD and usually feels like a burning chest pain beginning behind the sternum and moving upward to the neck and throat. Many people say it feels like food is coming back into the mouth leaving an acid or bitter taste. The burning, pressure, or pain of heartburn can last as long as 2 hours and is often worse after eating. Lying down or bending over can also result in heartburn. Many people obtain relief by standing upright or by taking an antacid that clears acid out of the esophagus. Heartburn pain is sometimes mistaken for the pain associated with heart disease or a heart attack, Avoiding foods and beverages that can weaken the lower esophageal sphincter is often recommended. Foods such as chocolate, peppermint, fatty foods, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. Foods and beverages that can irritate a damaged esophageal lining, such as citrus fruits and juices, tomato products, and pepper, should also be avoided if they cause symptoms. Eating meals at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime may lessen reflux by allowing the acid in the stomach to decrease and the stomach to empty partially. Try a new haircut. In general, the shorter your hair is, the less texture/wave it will show. Do a blow-out on your hair. Although the term may sound strange, a blow-out involves straightening your hair using a blow dryer. After you shower (having shampooed and conditioned your hair), towel-dry your hair and use a comb to brush through it. Then, turn your blow dryer on high for both heat and speed, and begin drying your hair. As you dry your hair, pull the hair straight out from your head with a brush (hence creating a blow-out). Move the air from the dryer up and down these strands as they are pulled from your head; this will dry them straight. Use a coconut milk treatment. It is said that coconut contains hair-straightening properties that work wonders on naturally bringing out your straight strands. Try a mixture of milk and honey. Cow's milk has shown to help get your hair straight, while honey is a good moisturizer and works to condition your hair. Make a mixture of a cup of milk (any fat percentage will work) with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and mix them well. Then, coat your entire head of hair with the mixture; you can carefully pour it on, or spray it on using a spray bottle. Let it soak in your hair for 1-2 hours, and then wash it out with warm water.

It happens because of hormonal imbalances and the lack of nutrition or exercises with suppress hormones production. So no changes will happen if you apply externally any cream and all. . Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.
