From last 2weeks the hair fall is increasing. please give me the solution. So that its become healthy.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

My husband is having type 2 diabities. He is 30 years old and weighted 100kg (hectic lifestyle and don't get time to exercise). He used to have a lot of junk food and now he has stopped eating junk food.But still his sugar levels remain 120-130. Can you please suggest some measures so that i can control his sugar level.

Good evening, imtiaze using several medicines itself can cause acidity. Medicine s are also chemicals stop all medicines try taking water daily at least 4lit a day. Take fresh fruits, timely meal, no snakes in between meals.

For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. I am 20 years oldfemale and I have an irregular menstruation problem. Moreover my body hair growth is very high. I am also suffering from hairloss problems. I am 23 years old having a pcos and with the help of follicular study I got to know I am ovulated on Feb 9.We are in intercourse two days before ovulation and two after ovulation. If you are taking medicines for high BP , most of medicines has constipation as a side effect . You have to be careful about diet and exercise. Do some yoga and simple walks. Do not eat food causing distention e g chick peas, raajma , beans etc.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus is a disease due to either insulin deficiency or resistance to its action. (t2 dm). So the solution is to take proper drugs that help in lowering blood sugar by stimulating insulin secretion and those that reduce insulin resistance. Some times insulin injections also are required. The treatment is for lifetime. There is nothing like" change in 1 month" or so. Along with drugs, diet control and exercise also are important.

The exercise should be in limit, exhaustive is not advisable, a medicated herbs milk may drink and on coming back shira-rava-soji haluva with dry fruits may eat.

Please check your blood for bilirubin if you are having Gilbert's Syndrome. If not then it would be due to working too long on laptops/mobiles/exposure to fumes/gas/smoke/dust..... try to wear glasses (0-power) when working/studying.

Hello, I daily go to gym. After workout I have 4 eggs​ white. After that can I sleep for an hour? Is it good to sleep/nap for an hour after workout-->having eggs?

Dear lybrateuser, - If you feel sleepy, have a short nap of about half to one hour, if you do not have a snack before exercise then also you will feel tired & sleepy, so have a light snack like a fruit, a glass of milk, an egg or a sandwich before workout to avoid lethargy & tiredness after gymming.
