This fluid coming out is semen. Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that contains sperms. It is secreted by the sexual glands. Semen coming out at night is also called night fall or nocturnal emission or wet dreams. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. It does not cause any physical harm or weakness.

Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you to get rid of your habit of smoking and it’s side-effects. Schwabe's Daphne Indica/ thrice daily for 3 months. After a month, report back to me. For quitting alcohol: Start with homoeopathic medication by Schwabe - Quercus Robur 1x/ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks. Start taking fresh, nutritive, balanced and healthy food consisting more of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, pulses, legumes, nuts, flaxseeds, 10-12 glasses of water in a day, 6-8 hrs. Of sleep daily and think healthy! Yoga Poses: -Marichyasana: It is performed by sitting in a comfortable position on the floor. Sit cross-legged on the floor and pull your right thigh towards your chest. Twist your body towards the right side. Repeat the twist on the left side. -Suryanamaskar: To begin with, hold your hands folded in front of you (as in the Indian Namaskara pose) and look at the sun. Raise your hands straight upwards in the folded position. Bend down and touch your feet. Stretch one leg outwards and arch your body backwards. Bend forward in the downward dog pose and then rest your entire body on your belly. Next, slowly lift up your torso in the cobra pose. Now, return back to the downward dog pose and all the other poses you have performed before it in the return sequence. Ultimately, you will return to the folded hands pose which you have started with. -Baddha Konasana is performed in a seated posture. Start by sitting with your legs stretched outwards. Now fold one leg and then the next, and place them with the soles of the feet in contact with each other. Remain seated in the position for as long as you can. -Balasana helps in combating alcoholism by strengthening the mind of the alcohol addict. This asana relieves mental stress and fatigue and improves blood circulation to the brain. To perform this asana, kneel down, touch the floor with your forehead and stretch out your hands in the front.

Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. till the pain lasts.

Hello your problem is sun exposure. Your face has got sun tanned. You need a de-tanning treatment. For good results, go for a laser de-tan. Applying bleach will also help getting down your skin tone. You can also use yogurt/lemon/potato as natural remedies as they have natural bleaching agents. You should use face lightening cream everyday and also use spf 30 sun screen while going out in sun. Always keep your face covered with dupatta or scarf and wear sunglasses to protect under eye area.

1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin B and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin B contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets Social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Other causes are tonsils, trauma from teeth, dry mouth, tonsillitis, stress, change in lifestyle, allergies to certain foods and medication, smoking and tobacco chewing, consumption of spicy n hot foods. Dear Lybrateuser, -Your cough & cold is due to seasonal change & allergy -you have to build your immunity by consuming a well balanced diet, doing regular exercise & decreasing your stress levels -to build your immunity include foods like citrus fruits, vegetables especially green leafy ones, garlic, ginger, have 1-2 cups of milk with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder daily, have 1-2 cups of green tea, have a teaspoon of honey with breakfast, have a handful of mixed nuts which provide essential nutrients to the body -keep well hydrated with 7-8 glasses of water a day -do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging for 30-40 min, also include yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -avoid exposure to dust, pollen or pet ,if there in the house -avoid cold fluids including water, aerated drinks.
