Masturbation is normal and does not cause physical problems or sexual problems. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that masturbation cause health problems or destroys life, and masturbation does not require any treatment. Masturbation is a maintenance procedure. It keeps penis well and regular turnover of fresh semen/sperm. If you want to reduce it, you should involve yourself in studies, games and hobbies. Also try not to remain alone most of time and avoid porn.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Dear lybrateuser, - There is no fixed time to drink milk, you can have a bowl at breakfast with oats or cereals with fresh fruits & a glass before bedtime as it helps induce a sound sleep - you can also have milk products like yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk which also provide good amount of calcium .

Main reason is not being able to digest & assimilate food properly. If you are not putting on weight may be you are not taking proper food. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. These foods can be made available in your hostel as well. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hello, The only permanent remedy for ùlcerative colitis is total colon removal through surgery. With medication the problem can be controlled and not everyone requires colon removal. There are no specific dietary restrictions. Avoid outside food. During an acute attack milk should be avoided.

Hello lybrate-user. You will definitely not go blind. The power of the eyes is dependent on certain genetic and hereditary criteria. The length of the eyeball determines the power of the eyes. The longer the eyeball, the higher the minus number of the eyes. The growth of the eyeball will occur according to multiple factors such as age, heredity, genetics, etc. Thus, it will surely progress to the power it is genetically programmed to. This does not mean that you will become blind. I have a few suggestions for you: (1) get your eyesight checked every 3 months. (2) get your retina evaluated every 6 months. This should be done by a retina specialist. (3) eat a healthy antioxidant rich diet. Let me enumerate the diet necessary for healthy eyes. (a) green leafy vegetables including spinach, sprouts, cabbage, beetroot. (b) fruits-blue-berries, black-berries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, guava. (c) dry-fruits: almonds, walnuts, apricots, dates. (d) cereals: oats, barley, millets. (e) drink a cup of green tea daily. (f) drink a glass of milk daily. (4) avoid excessive/ heavy weight lifting.
