If i do exercise everyday then it will be good for my health or not? please advice.

Thanks for the query. You can do any exercise in order to stay fit. It is important that you enjoy it and are able to manage it at least 3-5 times a week depending on how strenuous your work out is. You can do yoga, strength training, aerobics, swimming,  jogging or even indulge in sports like football or an enjoyable activity like dance. The idea is to stay physically active. Lastly the technique of any exercise be it the seemingly simple brisk walking  is also important. And don't forget stretching and warm up before any exercise in order to avoid injuries.

From your query, I understand that you are experiencing mood disturbances with anxiety. Loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting and drifting mind can all be part of depression and/or anxiety. I suggest you consult on one 2 one basis to understand underlying reason for it and how you remedy your difficulty. Depression is very common and easily treatable provided you understand it and find way to work thro it. Seeking help can aid in earlier recovery. Best wishes.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

You can take Pan-D 1 tablet daily empty stomach. Also take gelusil 2 teaspoons as required. You can try sinhasan 5-10 min daily after lunch and dinner. Try to take small frequent meals in place of large meals.

1. Drinking Any Tea/Lemon/ Honey is not going to reduce weight. It is just a myth. And you have already seen that it does not work. 2. Honey has sugars in it which can actually increase your weight. 3. To reduce weight you need to follow a low calories diet of about 1400 calories per day. 4. You can consult a dietician to customize a diet for you. 5. You can monitor your daily intake of calories through 'Myfitnesspal' app. 6. Check your Thyroid levels to rule out hypothyroidism.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc and abdominal crunches. 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Get your CBC ESR and thyroid profile done and revert. 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -follow the sleeping posture what other doctor suggested.
