I am taking oats, milk n 3 egg white + 1 full egg for breakfast, fruit after 2 hr, 2 roti n sabzi for lunch, another fruit after 2 hr, 3 egg white n boiled potatoes before t gym, after gym 3 egg white with whey n milk, for dinner 100 gm of boiled chicken breast with 2 slices of multigrain bread, it the dinner very heavy, should I skip multigrain bread n only stick to 100 gm boiled chicken breast, what t best dinner option so that my stomach should not bulge out, is 100 gm chicken breast with 2 slices of multigrain bread ok.

The magic of iron-food pairing
The absorption of non-heme iron can be improved when a source of heme iron is consumed in the same meal. In addition, the iron absorption-enhancing foods can also increase the absorption of non-heme iron. While some food items can enhance iron absorption, some can inhibit or interfere iron absorption. Avoid pairing these iron-inhibiting foods when you're eating iron-rich foods in the same meal.

Vegetables: broccoli, brussels sprouts, tomato, tomato juice, potato, green and red peppers
