Sir my sister age is 13 her teeth r yellow but dentist say it was not clean by rubbing only cap cover krna pade ga so koi ayurvedic method hai teeth ko saaf karne ka.

here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. I am not able to sleep properly for weeks. I hav had 3 hrs sleep on a avg in past month. Is this bad?

Need to see any stress on you. Tension at office/home/friends. Have regular oil bath on head with lots of gingelly oil.(on center of head) take warm boiled milk before sleep. Relax your mind and breath heavily for about 10 times before sleep (pranayama method)

You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. I am 21 years old male .i had psoriasis for past 8 years now it was cure somewhat, and I have indigestion problem for 5 years due to psoriasis I was stress for many years when it will cure. I was totally put up in depression I can not concentrate on studies ,while studying my mind was diverting I can not able to concentrate on studies and I getting more angry on others if they scold on me. I cannot able to share and can not able to behaviour properly with other, I was fearing for everything before exam night. And while talking with others whether they will say any thing. Every day I cannot able to concentrate. My mind was totally getting pain when I was stress. I cannot able to sleep properly. It take so much time to get sleep in night. And I can not able remember everything I am getting memory loss while studying and every activities. I was murmuring during sleep ,due to stress I was alone everyday. I was addicted to masturbating everyday. I can not able to live as before how I was. I was not happy everyday whether this stress will affect my life in future ,how I can come outside from this stress. Pls help sir.

U have to get a biopsy done. Of that ulcer. Try kenacort gel twice daily for a week and b complex tablet. If it still persist. Get biopsy immediately.

What are the symptoms for the malaria and when it happened to a person that how will he overcome it?

Hello, Malaria is an acute febrile illness. In a non-immune individual, symptoms appear 7 days or more (usually 10–15 days) after the infective mosquito bite. The first symptoms – fever, headache, chills and vomiting – may be mild and difficult to recognize as malaria. If not treated within 24 hours, P. Falciparum malaria can progress to severe illness, often leading to death. Children with severe malaria frequently develop 1 or more of the following symptoms: severe anaemia, respiratory distress in relation to metabolic acidosis, or cerebral malaria. In adults, multi-organ involvement is also frequent. In malaria endemic areas, people may develop partial immunity, allowing asymptomatic infections to occur. Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease of humans and other animals caused by parasitic protozoans (a group of single-celled microorganisms) belonging to the genus Plasmodium. The disease is transmitted by the biting of mosquitos, and the symptoms usually begin ten to fifteen days after being bitten. Prevention: Methods used to prevent malaria include medications, mosquito elimination and the prevention of bites. There is no vaccine for malaria. The presence of malaria in an area requires a combination of high human population density, high anopheles mosquito population density and high rates of transmission from humans to mosquitoes and from mosquitoes to humans. -Mosquito nets help keep mosquitoes away from people and reduce infection rates and transmission of malaria. Nets are not a perfect barrier and are often treated with an insecticide designed to kill the mosquito before it has time to find a way past the net. -Indoor residual spraying is the spraying of insecticides on the walls inside a home. -Cover over areas of stagnant, still water, such as water tanks that are ideal breeding grounds for the parasite and mosquito, thus cutting down the risk of the transmission between people. -There are a number of drugs that can help prevent or interrupt malaria in travelers to places where infection is common. Many of these drugs are also used in treatment. Medication: There are medicines for treatment of malaria depending upon the symptoms of the patient.

Natural Drinks - Do They Actually Help In Weight Loss?

We live in a world today in which health drinks are really all around us. The sad thing, though, is that a lot of these drinks contain things which are ironically not that healthy! So, isn’t it a pretty good idea to use some age old and time-proven recipes for drinks which helps one lose weight and are completely natural?

There are just so many drinks which are proven by Ayurveda to help a person in the effort of losing weight. Also, they are so simple to make and the ingredients can usually be sourced from around the house. Isn’t that quite awesome? One of the best combinations for one to start off with is the combination of black pepper powder, honey and some lemon juice as well as water. All that is required to be done is to bring the ingredients together and mix them well. To be more specific, a glass of lukewarm water and about four tablespoons of lemon juice are to be added to a teaspoon of black pepper and the same amount of honey. Consistency when it comes to natural health drinks is of the highest importance. That being said, who ever knew that achieving weight loss could be so easy?

If getting these ingredients together is proving to be a little problematic, there is nothing to worry about. As long as honey and water can be found, that is a health drink right there! As a matter of fact, a very easy to make health drink happens to be hot water in which a tablespoon or two of pure organic honey is dissolved. The mixture should be drunk before one goes to bed so as to have the greatest possible impact.

When it comes to drinks for weight loss, those having honey may seem to be odd choices as honey is sweet and most people are taught that sweet stuff is a sure-fire way to go about adding on the pounds. However, honey in reasonable amounts actually helps activate the liver into making a greater amount of glucose.

Foods which have a high water content are known to be healthy and this is true for cucumber. When it is combined with some cumin, lemon and black pepper, it can really ramp up the weight loss. A medium sized, sliced cucumber, along with half a lemon juiced and with water, with small amounts of the other ingredients is what is needed. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your pranayama early morning...

The magic of iron-food pairing

The absorption of non-heme iron can be improved when a source of heme iron is consumed in the same meal. In addition, the iron absorption-enhancing foods can also increase the absorption of non-heme iron. While some food items can enhance iron absorption, some can inhibit or interfere iron absorption. Avoid pairing these iron-inhibiting foods when you're eating iron-rich foods in the same meal.

Iron absorption enhancers:

Fruits: orange, orange juice, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapefruit etc
Vegetables: broccoli, brussels sprouts, tomato, tomato juice, potato, green and red peppers
White wine

Iron absorption inhibitors:

Red wine, coffee and tea
Vegetables: spinach, chard, beet greens, rhubarb and sweet potato
Whole grains and bran
Isolated soy ingredients, like products made with soy flour and isolated soy protein concentrate.

I am 28 years old guy I am facing problem in digesting food I don't eat much as breakfast in the morning and dinner at night still have a problem of digesting and I am not a sound sleeper not able to sleep at night just 4 hours every day what do I do.

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue & digestion problem.. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily . I have completed root canal treatment last year and wear cap. Last month the cap from the teeth came out. Now sometimes I feel pain. Is it necessary to fix new cap or the previous cap can be fixed.

The previous cap can be fixed if it is sitting properly on the tooth. The more you delay there are less chances that the cap would properly fit on the tooth.
