About 3 cups a day is okay. But if you take 10 cups it may cause acidity for you in the long run. Try to take different liquids like tea, coffee, milk, lemon water, green tea etc.

1. Use d acne cream, always do cleansing and tonning before sleep daily. 2. Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water.

Are you suffering from SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER?? Take this test & Know yourself!!!

Are you suffering from SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER?? Take this test & Know yourself!!!
Social Anxiety Disorder
An intense fear of social situations that leads to difficulties
with personal relationships and at the workplace or in school is most common in people with social anxiety disorder. Individuals with social anxiety disorder often have an irrational fear of being humiliated in public for “saying something stupid,” or “not knowing what to say.” Some people use drugs and alcohol to try and reduce their anxiety. This is very dangerous because even though some drugs make people feel less anxious when they are high, anxiety becomes even worse when the drugs wear off.
Treatment for Social Anxiety Disorder
What treatments are available for anxiety disorders?
Effective treatments include medications and psychotherapy techniques like imagined exposure. In most cases, a combination of psychotherapy techniques and medications is most beneficial. Some commonly used medications for anxiety
disorders are medications called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors
(SSRIs) like sertraline (Daxid), escitalopram (Nexito) & many more. In addition, importance of having a good diet and getting enough sleep are known to decrease symptoms in people. Regular exercise has also been scientifically proven to be effective.

Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet PlanBreakfast – green Juice.Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. I am very low on testosterone can testosterone levels be increased by exercising and medications?
Hello- Yes definitely. Endurance training and resistance training (such as weight lifting) both boost testosterone levels briefly. You can also make the recovery faster by consuming rasayana herbs of ayurveda along with it.

Hair fall can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress.

My name ramesh from hyderabad I have a problem of saviour hair fall please help to stop hair fall& regrowth of hair.

My name ramesh from hyderabad I have a problem of saviour hair fall please help to stop hair fall& regrowth of hair.
Hair loss can have a variety of causes. Typically, you lose your hair because of hormone changes, genetic influences or damage to the hair follicles. Also, a gradual thinning of your hair is a normal part of getting older, as your body sheds hair daily, and your aging body is less able to replace lost hairs. However, if you have poor nutrition -- if you don't get enough iron or protein, for example -- you can lose hair. This can typically be corrected by changing your diet. For boosting hair growth, certain vitamins like Vitamin B, C, A, D and minerals like selenium, zinc, folic acid, iron and protein are required. You also require a good amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, which keep your hair scalp hydrated. Consuming foods having any or all of these nutrients are one of the solutions to long, healthy thick hair. You can take Wholegrains, like barley, oats, buckwheat, broken wheat, ragi, bajra ,Brown rice,Legumes like kidney beans, soy beans, dark green leafy vegetables ,eggs, carrots, tomatoes, sweet potato, fruits, yogurt, walnuts and almonds. Along with the dietary changes , you may massage your scalp with almond oil at night and rinse it next morning. You may take biotin supplements which will further aid in promoting hair growth

5 Ways Viral Spreads!

Caused by the microorganisms called viruses, infections pertaining to these microorganisms are known as viral diseases. These diseases are different and diverse in nature as they are caused by a number of viruses. Among them, the common cold is the most known viral disease and occurs due to the infection of your upper respiratory tract, namely the nose and throat.

Other widespread viral infections are:

  1. Chickenpox
  2. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus)
  3. HPV (human papillomavirus)
  4. Shingles or herpes zoster (a viral infection that leads to the development of rash)
  5. Viral pneumonia (a condition that occurs due to viruses that are responsible for flu and colds)
  6. Viral hepatitis (inflammation of the liver that is caused by a virus)
  7. Viral meningitis (viral infection wherein inflammation of the membranes that cover the brain occurs)
  8. Rubella, mumps and measles
  9. Herpes

How do they spread?

These diseases are infectious and can easily spread from one person to another. When the microorganism enters your body, it begins to reproduce.

Different ways that they can spread include:

  1. Breathing in the germs present in airborne droplets when an infected person sneezes or coughs
  2. Coming in contact with the body fluids of an infected person during sexual activity
  3. Indirect contact with these microorganisms when you touched inanimate objects handled by an infected person
  4. Viral infections can also spread through insect bites. Certain germs depend on insects as carriers such as ticks and mosquitoes for moving from host to host
  5. Having virus-contaminated water or food is another way in which viral infection can spread from person to person. Such a mode of transfer enables the virus to spread among a large number of people.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
