Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

1. First and foremost is to keep your face and hair covered with a light colored scarf. 2. Second is to apply a sunscreen with atleast 50+ spf. 3. Use a conditioner every time after washing your head. It will prevent the tangling of hair. 4. Apply toner and moisturiser after washing your face every time. 5. Use soft water to wash face and skin. 6. If possible, wash your hair with natural shampoo.

Well there are good Ayurvedic Medications you can go for: Make a paste of triphala powder and smear it on to your scalp area (head skin) and leave for 15-20 mins thereafter wash it with Trichup Shampoo of Vasu Company and apply Trichup hair oil. Eat 2-3 numbers of soaked almonds along with 2-3 groundnuts daily with milk. Don't apply any hair colour or cosmetics.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Wash your face with warm saline water before using the following cream. Akpree cream apply over affected areas. Twice in a day. You may make a paste of masoor daal and apply over affected areas mixed with curcuma.

We should drink at least 2-3 litre water daily. In summer, it may cause dehydration due to less water drinking. In usual times, you will have better digestion, better skin, better metabolic system if you have water judiciously.

Dear user. Don't be disillusioned. You can have sex every alternate days. please do not worry about pregnancy. pregnancy expectation gives you stress and tension which may cause negative effects. Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

If your level of stress is too much it can affect your memory. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, broccoli, blueberries, fish, coconut oil, wheat sprouts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

do u daily pass urine or stool,it is normal, in same way our testis stores the semen like (water tank), if u do not discharge u r semen either by masturbation or sex it is bound to overflow, which is normal, if some one would tell u don't pass urine or stool for 5 days will u be able to control, it will come out, same applies to semen

There are many remedies for aerophagia that you can use yourself and mostly this will involve altering your lifestyle and diet – i.e. consuming less chewing gum, eating more slowly, eating with your mouth closed and stopping drinking fizzy drinks. At the same time controlling your breathing and particularly when you are nervous can help to prevent the problem. Sometimes we are also prone to taking big 'gulps' of air before we start speaking so if this is a habit you are guilty of then try to stop.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...
