Your symptoms are indicating towards gastritis and acidity. Take Nux vom 200, 4 pills twice a day for 3 days and Ars alb 200, 4 pills 3 days and then report thereafter for further treatment. Till then avoid junk food, oily and spicy food, avoid stimulants like alcohol, coffee. Take sprouts and salads, be hydrated, don't be hungry more, take proper sleep and reduce stress. Some of the most common causes for your problem may include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis), malabsorption syndromes in which food cannot be digested and absorbed, and chronic infections. So you need to go for certain investigation to rule out the cause. Do contact us for homeopathic medicine.

I have hair fall. I tried so much of oils on my hair there's no use. So please tell me a way to control hair fall.

I have hair fall. I tried so much of oils on my hair there's no use. So please tell me a way to control hair fall.
Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hi lybrate-user, taking food for one doesn't matter if you are eating at least salads and fruits on other time. Body needs carbs, proteins as per your daily routine. If the daily activity is more and food intake is low it may create weakness and in long term may have bigger health issues. So keep track of your intake and activities along with good water intake and ample sleep. Feel free to ask more. Thanks.

Doctor, my upper & lower teeth are little front, I want to put teeth braces.. My age is 22, how much does it cost to...
22years is not too old, your teeth can be aligned with braces. The cost for your treatment will be low in teaching institutions but you will have appointments only on working days, since this is a long term process you have have to sacrifice several days of your job or college, but in private clinics the cost will be more than in teaching institutions but you will have the option of weekend and evening appointments or according to your convenience. All the best and wish you happy treatment and perfect smile.

High Protein Diet - Things You Must Know!

High Protein Diet - Things You Must Know!

Protein is said to be a building block for the body. That being said, a high protein diet can either have some great results to show, or some terrible consequences. As long as a person is willing to learn more about it, only the former will appear!

When a person thinks of a diet which is high in protein, the automatic association is with the famed Atkins diet. This is a diet which is not only high in the amount of protein consumed but is low in the relative amount of carbohydrate.

Who is it For?

A high protein diet is a way to go, if a person is looking to build a little muscle and does not consume enough protein in his or her current or normal diet. However, studies have found that only professional endurance athletes showed any benefits from a hike in their consumption levels of protein and that too, they could have received these benefits by just eating more food. So, it is fair to say that the normal person is not likely to need more protein than what he or she already gets by the way of his or her run of the mill diet.

It can be bad too, in addition to this, if a person has an amount of protein which is beyond what is good for him or her according to the activity level, it can be quite bad. This is because a lot of the sources of protein which most people receive their protein from also happen to be quite high in terms of the saturated fat content, which can put the heart at a great amount of risk. Moreover, gout can also occur and it is something that is not curable, but can only be managed. A person who is considering the prospect of going on a high protein diet should take these possible side effects into due account prior to making his or her decision regarding the same.

Small is Big A, modest increase in the protein part of a person’s diet can be good and there are a variety of ways a person can go about this including by having some simple munch foods such as almonds. Things like these can serve well as snacks and can go a long way in preventing a person from bingeing on something less healthy just due to his or her being ravenously hungry. Another option is Greek yogurt, as is chia seeds, which can be added to almost anything! If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.
