You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Protein rich food like egg. Almonds ,green leafy vegetables and fruits are good for hair. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates like rice, sugar etc from the diet and exercise. U will loose weight.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Being Over weight isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

I am 58 years oid, weight 92 Kgs, Height 178CM. I go for morning walk daily for 5 Kms. Occasionally I swim in the evening. I have BP but is under control. For that I take ESLO 2.5mg in the morning. Take green tea 2 cups daily. Take triphla churn 5 gm daily at night with water. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Avoid fast fried n oily food. Take liquids in sufficient quantity. Reduce the sugar intake. Make calory chart.

How much calories to burn for loose 20 kg in 1 month at treadmill cycling by gym how it is possible my weight is 83.
It depends how on too many factors to give one number. 8 km is roughly 5 miles. Most people I know burn about 20 to 30 calories per mile. But they are usually not overweight, and they ride lightweight road bikes. If you ride at a significantly brisk pace enough to get your heart rate up to about 120-135 beats per minute, I would think that you're in that range of 20-30 calories per mile. People who are already significantly overweight will loose weight at a higher rate than those closer to their ideal weight. But that might be because it takes more energy to move more mass, but as you get closer to your ideal weight you also replace some of that fat with dense muscle tissue. So while you will look thinner your weight loss will start to tapper off. So if you are indeed burning 30 calories per mile and you ride 5 miles a day, every day, you will burn roughly 4, 650 calories every 31 days. To loose one pound of fat you need to burn 3, 400 calories. So if you don't change anything else, especially your eating habits, I would expect you to lose about 1.3 pounds per month.

Salad is not only fat free but it also brushes the intestinal villii which contains fat thus helps in lowering the fat absorption. Salad must be added to the routine food. Regards

I am 48 years old male. For last few years I had been getting over weight. I am 173 cms tall and weigh 101kg. The weight is mainly on stomach. Now the stomach is so big that size 46 shirts will only fir for me. My chest hands etc are normal. Inspite of no regular drinking for past 2 years the stomach is not reducing. As I have some arthritis heavy joint pains prevent me from normal exercise like walking running etc. I am taking medicine to reduce uric acid. Which little bit over the allowable limit. Now for last 2 years I am not getting proper erection during sexual activity. Kindly help me to attain normalcy. I do not smoke. I have 2 0r 3 peg brandy once or twice a month at weekends. I am a non-veg. I have a borderline bp and cholesterol. Please advise me of how to come out of this situation and lead normal life.

according to my calculations, your bmi (body mass index) is coming to be over 40 kg/m2 which means that you have morbid obesity. In this case, you have to reduce at least 25-30 kgs of weight in order to come within the healthy range. The best option for you would be bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery) which would not only result in long term and effective weight loss but also reduce the risk of obesity related diseases like diabetes, hypertension, etc. The decrease in sexual potency may also be the result of obesity which causes hormonal imbalance in the body which would be corrected after losing adequate weight.

Hi lybrate-user There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Diet:-: single fruit diet for weight loss and detoxification! -- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 10-14 days. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Surya namaskar in morning and evening. Get your thyroid tests done. The complete treatment differs for every individual.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. Combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Hi 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, a) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, b) take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, c) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, d) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, e) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days gives you good result thanks.

You need to consume high fibre foods such as whole fruits, vegetables, flaxseeds, chia seeds. Consume high protein foods such as soyabean, tofu, milk, chenna, sea fishes, salmon, chicken, whole pulses. Consume low carbs but it should be complex carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, dalia, whole wheat chapati, multigrain chapati. Consume low fat but good quality fat such as olive oil, sesame oil, blended oil, nuts, low fat cheese. Exercise regularly atleast 30 mins a day. Practice strength training exercises.
